SHIP ID:O15A 'Archer' PILOT:Jordan Forbes PRIORITY:High ENCRYPTION:Order Standard LOCATION:Bruchsal SUBJECT:Supplies
Sirs,
Yesterday I succeeded in transferring the list of needed supplies the quartermaster drew up directly to the VWA. All the information was hardwired to Erich Klugmann in Munich. He seems confident that he will be able to get us the needed materials to reinforce our own stockpiles on Akabat. I've also seen to that we have an ample supply of funding set aside to pay the VWA for their services.
Here is the supply list forwarded from the quartermaster. Expect VWA ships in the coming weeks to be making their way down to the Omicrons. Make sure some patrols are diverted to ensure that they arrive and make it out in one piece. And again, I will personally oversee the financials of the operation.
High Demand Supplies
15.000 food rations (for civilian and combat personnel)
10.000 tanks of H-fuel (mainly for our fighter and bomber wings)
5.000 tanks of deuterium (fuel for capital ship reactors, along with the station reactors)
3.000 hull panels (repair supplies for varying ship classes)
3.000 crates of munitions or the equivalent (notably nova torpedoes and nuclear mines)
2.500 engine components (again, repair supplies)
2.000 crates of consumer goods (the basics, IE clothes, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc)
1.500 crates of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies (obvious uses. anti-rad drugs are also requested for deep omicron pilots)
1.500 crates composed of optical chips/optronics/software (used in both repair and on station laboratories, also planetary facilities)
1.000 Nanocapacitors (see above)
200 crates of mining machinery/drilling equipment (setting up wells in areas away from the river settlements)
Non-immediate supplies
2.000 units of floragro (ensuring home-grown food survive on Akabat)
2.000 units of fertilizer (see above)
1.500 small arms/side arms (ship weapons/ammunition are prioritized... however weapons for internal security personnel are always demanded)
1.500 luxury consumer goods (high end personal communications equipment, computers, etc)
1.000 units of any variety of alcohol (stress relief supplies demanded by Akabat residents)
800 crates of robotics (would help ease the workload in several areas)
500 crates of tobacco (stress relief supplies demanded by Akabat residents)
Me and Klugmann will set up a way to keep track of the shipments in the coming days. Again, safety of the VWA ships is a top concern. They are risking a lot to help us, I do not want anyone to let them down.
