We were training in Minor when I receveid a call from a Zoner in Omega 49. He saw one Nomad ship entering Omega 50 ! Immediatelly, I brought some pilots with me to take a look there : the recruit Jessica Scarlet, indie pilot Jeremy Hunter and the Recon Cruiser Black ASP, leaded by the cpt Harrington.
After a long way trought the Omegas, we finally arrived in Omega 49. We found the JH to 50 easily and jumped.
In this system, there was a gigantic battle with Outcasts and Red Hessians ! more incredible, it was some SCRA units fighting on the side of the Rheinlanders ! We choosed to not interfer with this fight when one SCRA pilot told us some Keepers were here and watching the battle... The Black ASP activated his long range radar and found 3 Nomads signals ! We managed to seek them in the space void for many minuts, in vain. When suddenly, the agent Scarlet find one near a planet. The Nomads tried to escape but we followed them in Omega 49, Omega 47, Omega 41, Omega 5 and finally they jumped in a Wild system, Omega 55. There, they find refuge to a Wild base called Recklinghausen. We approached and we engaged the aliens, under the fire of the hostile station :
The fight was very intense but our new recruit, Jessica, seems to be a real ace. She took down one of them with a nice shot :
After that, the Nomads retreated to the base and docked inside. We tried to damage the station with the cruiser firepower but nothing breach it :
I finally decided to come back home, our duty done. My ship was damaged so I docked on Cadiz base in Omega 5 to repair. And I found this on my cargo :
Probably one of the Nomad we destroyed got it in his ship... Liquid Cardamine is a very rare commoditie and it will be well studied by our scientists.
After few times of safe travel, we finally reach Minor and docked at Isis. All Nomads stuff have been sen d to our research labs on Toledo.
It was a very interesting and successfull mission for us, and for the Order. Our war with the Nomad still continue. And with journey like this, we keep faith in our fight.
