I believe you have a battleship that needs finishing, Admiral; The Harmony is the finest creation to ever come out of Pacifica's docklands. Be proud of her.
In other news, forward supply station Bristol is in dire need of servicing - it appears to have weathered meteoric damage. Just a subject for consideration as the station may become exceedingly useful in the immediate future.

THE SYNDIC LEAGUES
(A co-operative of Rheinland's Shipping Unions, retired from a life of piracy.)
I haven't heard from you in a while. We've been doing rather well in your absence or whatever the reason was for the quiet.
All Harmony shipments have been done and we're very ready to resume operations.
As for Bristol, the Bristol crew should handle that themselves. They seem to have done so. Luckily the area has been fortified so slight lacks in armor won't be its demise.

The war in the south consumed an excessive concentration of resources - as did the threats to the artefact trade in Bering from the Liberty Navy and the LSF. The Arbeitsdirektor considered his personal security compromised and withdrew from public life - without a figurehead, the cells operated largely according to their own agenda, sans representation. The duration appears to have yielded the desired effect - the downtime has reduced our public profile in the eyes of the Libertonian Republic. Furthermore, the total fracture of the LWB has presented us with a certain degree of institutional peril - we find ourselves overloaded with manpower, highly decentralised, and insufficiently armed, to stably compass the range of our influence. Merely the growing pains of power, of course.
We are gladdened that you have taken the opportunity to bolster your logistics whilst fortifying the general infrastructure of the Bering system, despite the adversity arrayed against us. The Union may have to take a more passive militant role within the immediate future as our organisation is reorganised to accommodate the considerable influx of LWB manpower. We will, of course, fufil our end of the bargain, yet we may need to rely upon your own technical excellence, soon enough. The threats against us are numerous.
There remain considerable strategic threats. It remains as of yet unknown if the ire of the various Zoner colonies will be sufficiently broiled into taking regrettable steps against us, collectively. Equally, there remains the nascent threat of the Hellfire legion and the Commonwealth of Liberty, who has expressed designs upon the sector and have proven exceptionally prone to guile in the past. The security of the Bering jumpgate remains a critical objective - however, the northern front may prove sturdy enough in comparison to the threat from the south.
For the time being, we have secured an armistice with the Coalition and the Hesse. It has been.... hard won. I suspect that they have only accepted the proposal from a desire to adjust to the lessons of war and come back with improved strategic readiness, for we have shocked them with our capacity for capability. This consequence may not impact Harmony directly.... yet - but it has resulted in a major depletion of our strategic reserve. We may be forced to rely upon separatist elements to fulfil some of Pacifica's standard sector patrol duties until the scars have repaired themselves.
We return, stronger, but more... fragile. We will require time and support to build up our flight strength to the exemplar standards we once displayed. We helped us - you may have to aid us in return, soon enough.

Armin Jansen.
