Konbanwa.
My name is Akiko Miku, and I am contacting you to inquire about your products and services. Due to recent circumstances, I am in the market for some service robots to perform various maintenance duties. Like any Kusarian, I know that Kishiro Technologies dominates the robotics field, so you were a logical first choice.
My main inquiry is regarding the different types of robots you provide; their different functions, pricing, specialisations, est. lifetime/guarantee, and maintenance costs. While I do want to hear about the different types you offer, I should stress that the ability to perform high-level maintenance and repairs is a must. With this in mind, the robots I am after would ideally be reprogrammable, so they could be tasked with vastly different duties from one another.
Additionally, I'd like to inquire about whether you supply ship construction materials. There are various projects I am undertaking that may require a bulk purchase of varying alloys and equipment.
Should some of your products fulfil my requirements, there will be a good chance that I will place an order, shortly after. I look forward to hearing from you.
Unfortunately, the main division of Kishiro has not been seen much on the neural net, and contacting them in space is tedious. Therefore, my employers have assigned me to the task of answering your questions. We indeed have what you seek, as Kishiro tries to maintain a high amount of versatility in the Robotics field.
Robotics, Industrial Materials, Optronics, Basic Alloy, Ship Hull Panels, and High Temperature Alloy are the materials we can supply to help with your operations. The price range is 100-250 credits per cargo unit, and put together, they can form a formidable construction facility. The Robotics, Industrial Materials, along with Optronics and Basic Alloy are versatile enough to handle operations from Consumer Goods to Scientific Research.
The Ship Hull Panels and High Temperature Alloy are the additional components needed to build and repair ships. We offer a lifetime guarantee, but in order to hold such standards, you might need to wait a bit longer for the materials to be enhanced. Seeing as how you're purchasing in bulk, the total price will probably go into the millions, but I personally think you can uphold your end of the bargain, as long as we uphold ours.
As a fellow Kusarian, it warms my heart that Kishiro can help fellow citizens of the Imperial Republic to such a degree. If you accept, please send us the amount of materials you need, and we'll calculate the price. After that, we can start the delivery process, and you can have the materials you seek.

Thank you for getting back to me. Regarding the quantities, it is currently unknown how much will be required in the long run. I would say there is a good chance that I will, provided I am satisfied with the quality of the materials and robotics, be returning for future purchases.
I would still like more specific information on the robotics if possible. I need to know how reliable the robots are and how efficient they will be performing different tasks. Competency is important, so it's a must-have trait for the machines - even more so given the work they'll be doing.
Each of our brand robots and machines are meant to be highly competent with our work. As we construct fighters, transports, and even gunboats, it is important that our machines be efficient and competent, to reduce production costs and keep customer prices low. According to our most recent statistics, our robots can construct an Advanced Train from scratch in a mere week on Yukawa Shipyard.
As for fighters, those can be constructed in a few hours by even our most basic robotics. However, such efficiency does require optronics, so it is important to wire those into the machines we sell. Our most versatile robots can even operate all of the systems efficiently on our facilities, should life be extinguished from it. Such a task is daunting for most robotics companies, but not us.
Repairs are no different, and our robots shine in that aspect. It is the fastest operation that they can take, scoring in just 5-7 minutes to repair fighters and bombers. Maintenance takes a bit longer, but that can be reduced if all of our check ups for illegal equipment are not added to their systems. Hopefully this gave you some insight on how our robots work, and how efficient they are.

I hope what you say is true, but it is common knowledge that Kishiro's robotics are state of the art, so I perhaps I should be less sceptical. I am assuming these robots can be reprogramed? I'd like some customisation with them, and there is going to be a wide array of functions they need to deal with.
Also what level of sentience to these machines process? I would rather not have them decide I am no longer of use. Just do what I tell them to is what I'd expect in an ideal world.
For the time being, I'd like a quote on how much a single shipment would cost. The first shipment would require, what I assume to be the expensive bit, the robotics as a priority. After that would be sorted, I'd need a selection of materials for some internal repairs and maintenance.
There are all sorts of hardware and materials that will be needed but my projects, and you mentioned a number of them prior.
Our robotics are fully customizable, allowing almost any program into their system. However, we have taken measures to prevent sentience and promote obedience, to keep our technologies from becoming dangerous to their handlers. The shipment cost was calculated, and here are the results.
For the cheapest shipment of 4920 units, we charge 700.000 credits, while the most expensive of the aforementioned materials is 1.000.000 credits. Incredibly cheap, but it does come with the risk of pirates. We can pay for escorts occasionally, but not often, due to the low income we get from these shipments. Hopefully this answers all of your questions, and we can get to business.

I find the answers satisfactory, and I hope the products live up to your words. I'll need to speak to my benefactors, see how much I am allotted for the project. I'll get back to you once I have the information.
I am assuming the costs are taking manpower into consideration? I am more inclined to meet up for an exchange of the goods from one ship to another, opposed to arranging for a delivery directly to the station.
Yes, we could meet in space. My transport is docked at Yukawa Shipyard, but we could meet at a more discreet location, if that is what you desire. Your assumptions about the cost are correct, as we do require people to handle the logistics and procurement of the cargo. I look forward to conducting business with you.

I want to first start by apologising for the delay in responding, I have been rather swamped down in my work which has prevented me organising a time to pick up the goods. However, I might have a solution to this issue. Correct me if I am wrong, but Kishiro Technologies constructs starships, yes?
If this is indeed the case, I am interested in buying a ship. To be more specific, I am looking for the "Big Dragon" as it is seemingly the most efficient vessel publicly available. I don't do a lot of shipping, but as you've no doubt guessed from my messages thus far, I have a number of big projects ahead, and a vessel will prevent me from outsourcing, which I am a fan of.
If you could get me a quote for how much a "Big Dragon" would be, and add it onto my existing order, I would be most grateful. In an ideal world, I could pick up the ship already loaded with the cargo I've requested, but I understand that the ship might be on a shipyard. In that event, I'll pick up the ship separately.
