ENCRYPTION: High PRIORITY: Moderate TARGET ID: JUNKER CONGRESS SUBJECT: Supplies to Kyoto SENDER CODENAME: Daimyo Kijima
Konbanwa Friends,
I am in need of some materials being delivered to Kyoto Base in Chugoku and unfortunately it is harder than I anticipated traveling around Sirius undetected. I however heard you are the people to contact with such issues. Here is a manifest of the items I need:
As well as this I also need help supporting the front line on planet Tomoika and require 6,000 military vehicles moved as soon as possible. This has been tasked to me by the Shogun itself so is of the utmost importance. When it it done I will ensure that it is known Junkers are a firm friend on the Blood Dragons.
Now I understand this is a large quantity of goods, so I am happy to wait for the secondary cargo but if we could get the primary items and the military supplies completed in the close future then I am willing to pay. Respond with your price for such a contract if it is possible to carry out.

If 'ya want stuff done, y'gotta bite the bullet, saddle up an' knock it out yerself.
Howdy there, Northerly Neighbors! My name's Sandra Carter. I'm sort've a newer member've the Junker's Congress, so pardon me fer not havin' responded 'ta this message sooner. I've been doin' a lot've research an' askin' around about Kusarian groups lately, an' puttin' it bluntly: Liberty's educational system is a bit too "Black an' White" when it comes to their outlook on who they view as "unlawful" folk.
Basically, my initial view've the Dragons've Kusari has been flip-turned-upside-down on its head, an' I'd like 'ta get 'ta know ya'll better. As a gal who grew up in Southern Liberty on Planet Houston in the Texas System, I've been doin' myself a downright disservice fer not havin' reached out 'ta ya'll before now. I'm hopin', maybe I'cn help mend the fence, as it were, despite my presumption that ya'll've probably turned 'ta someone else fer the requested materials by now.
I'd like 'ta offer my apologies on behalf've the Congress fer the inexcusable delays. Sorry... We won't let be lettin' this happen again. Not while I'm around!
If ya'll will still have us Daimyo Kijima, we're ready an' able 'ta lend our hands an' vessels 'ta help the Dragons've Kusari! Jus' let us know what'cha need an' I'll start stirrin' folks in'ta action. I'm tired'a folks sittin'round not doin' what needs doin', so I reckon, maybe I'll take charge've this situation an' sound the horn myself?
I've already got one've my fellow Congressman onboard with this; Hannibal Bishop. I reckon, Bishop's probably got somethin'ta add 'ta this conversation, given that he's told me about his prior relations with the Dragons in years gone by. Additionally, I've got my sister, Rebecca Carter - most jus' call 'er Becky - 'ta help me out with navigatin' Kusari, as truth be told, I'm none too familiar with the star maps in ya'll's region've space.
Please, let us know if ya'll still need supplies moved on up inta' Kusari. I'm probably shootin' myself in the foot fer sayin' this, but I wouldn' blame ya'll fer makin' us wait on ya'll's response this time 'round. Then again, an' eye fer an' eye'll might make the galaxy blind! Anyways.. I hope ya'll don' mind my ramblin' on an' on. I can't help but love chatterin' with folks, 'specially ones I'cn stand 'ta learn so much from!
I'm hopin' ya'll will have a pleasant day! I'm very much lookin' forward 'ta hearin' from 'ya, Daimyo Kijima. Again, sorry fer the delay - Ya'll really shouldn'ta had 'ta wait so long, but the wait's over now. So, let's see what we'cn do 'ta help!
~~Happy Trails

Konbanwa,
I was surprised when this communication showed up in my inbox, I did not think the Congress cared for their Blood Dragon friends any longer. Daimyo Kijima has instructed me to delete this channel however I feel that there may be a chance to work things out.
As we have now sourced all of the Military vehicles, we do not need you for this. But the other goods are yet to arrive on Kyoto. I'm sure if the remainder was sourced in good time we could continue to work together. Naturally we had originally intended to pay you very well for the goods but you will be receiving no such deal on this occasion. I am not expecting you to do this free of charge but I suggest you work out the cost very carefully before you contact us again.

Greetin's, Mister Tengan! I absolutely positively appreciate yer response, an' understand completely that we dropped the ball on this one. As such, I reckon that the Congress'd be better off not darin'ta ask fer any payments fer whatever we ship as part've this delayed batch've deliveries. Some folks say that time's money, an' I think the Blood Dragons've more than paid enough with the time spent waitin' fer the Manifolds, Gold an' Copper.
As we speak, I'm chuggin' right along the lanes've Liberty with a fresh batch've the best Manifolds Culebra Smelter've Puerto Rico's got 'ta offer! I'm hopin'ta be reportin' the first safe delivery shortly, Mister Tengan!
I've gone ahead an' consulted both my sister Becky as well as the Congress' records, an' I think I should be able'ta make my way'ta Chugoku.
I'll let'cha know if I run in'ta trouble, or if'n I get lost. Is Kyoto able to receive Bison-class transports? It's what I'm usin'ta haul this first load.
Thank you very much fer givin' us another shot at this, Mister Tengan. I sure do appreciate the kindness! I'm very much lookin' forward 'ta visitin' Kusari an' meetin' the Blood Dragons. It's quite a beautiful section've Sirius.

Konbanwa,
Very well as you wish, we are not going to turn down an offer like that. I have informed the dock master and have prepared for your shipments. Kyoto will have no issue with your Bison Transports. But if you could keep a record of the deliveries to confirm the correct amounts have arrived safely.
There shouldn't be any trouble from the defence stationed around Kyoto but if you are stopped inform them that you are fulfilling a contract for the Kijima Clan. I look forward to speaking again when the task is done. The messenger of Kijima
It is my honor to again address the Blood Dragons.
My return to the Sirius sector in recent weeks has been busy. Ms. Carter has tirelessly laboured to bring me up to speed after the years I spent locked away; an ill-fated humanitarian mission to Gallia went awry in ways I did not anticipate.
This was a decade I will never get back, and a decade for which I exact repayment from the Crown through any direct and indirect channels I may find. In addition to this, much of my staff and assets were aboard Trafalgar and are now lost to the void.
It is my understanding that the Blood Dragons can relate to my frame of mind regarding Gallia and the treaties Kusari draws with her.
On to the shipping: While I was not present for much of the delay in the response to this communique, I will offer my own profound apologies. In years past I interacted with the Blood Dragons. Pilots and commanders I am certain are either still serving among your ranks, or resting in honoured state having fulfilled their duty. While Yanagi stood amid a stable jumphole to the Frankfurt system, the Blood Dragons offered much assistance quelling the chaos in the Crow Nebula wrought by desperate raiders from the far reaches.
It is not in the interest of the Congress, nor my personal interest, to let such ties languish as we have much we can give each other.
Until recently I have had Congressional responsibilities tying my ship and crew to Puerto Rico as her port of call. As high quality as the ingots from Culebra may be, I understand this was not your primary aim.
Be assured that the primary objectives will be fulfilled swiftly as my tasks are fulfilled. The Trafalgar Dawn speeds to the glittering fields in Dublin, answering the call from old friends.
A humble merchant's welcome to the Daimyo and his Dragons.
The distance between the Puerto Rico and Chugoku systems has proven to be a much greater obstacle than the recently fractured Hogosha or the distracted Kusari regime patrols. In her previous life, the Trafalgar Dawn ferried colonists, tradesmen and supplies to far off systems to seek greatness. It is no small coincidence that in her retrofit she continues to excel in this role.
I regret that I have little else to report. Encounters have been routine, threats to the Dawn have kept a respectful distance due to her armaments and armour. There has been a significant tradeoff - fitting her for the worst circumstances limits her bays in such that we have yet not been able to get enough cargo to you in the trips we have made.
Still. Space is a desolate place and there is much of it between the relative security of Chugoku and the screaming radiation of the Rift. So much can go wrong.
It is a wise ship's captain who understands the value of living to make that extra voyage.

Howdy once again, Blood Dragons! Sandra Carter here; I'm checkin' in fer the last few batches've Manifolds. Ye'll have'ta forgive the stalled progress; I've unfortunately been a bit lax in Congressional duties lately fer personal reasons. But I reckon it's better late than never, yeah?
First we've got an older load've Manifolds I had'ta have someone help me out with, due'ta some wonky bugs in my Bison's IFF transponder (I couldn't dock on Kyoto; I reckon that's a hold-over from my days in Universal). This batch is fragmented, and the one who helped me was flyin' some Corvo, but they wouldn't give me a name. Maybe ya'll recognize 'im in the fourth image?
We went ahead an' topped off the last transport with some extra Manifolds - pro bono! - in case ya'll need some extra fer side projects or patchin' ship hulls with.
That leaves our current tallies at: 3,000/3,000 Copper 8,000/8,000 Gold 34,509/32,000 Manifolds
With that, our work here's done fer now! Let us know if there's more that needs doin', Mister Tengan! I sure do appreciate yer infinite patience with the Congress.
