Good day to you. I hope this transmission finds you well.
The Guild is currently in possession of a damaged and disabled docking ring and mooring fixture.
As Ageira Technologies is undeniably regarded by all with any knowledge on the subject to be the foremost authority in the development, construction and maintenance of such assets, The Guild would like to enlist the assistance of your organisation in restoring them to working order and is fully prepared to remunerate yourselves appropriately.
I would therefore be grateful if you may confirm your interest in such an arrangement and can provide further information as necessary.
Thank you for contacting us and please forgive us for such delayed response.
While you have not specified which Docking Ring and Mooring Fixture that is, I will take an educated guess and name them to be of Planet Kurile. If that is the case, please let us know with more details how and why were our products damaged and disabled so we can send an appropriate team to investigate the extent of damages in order to decide if repairing is an option or would those constructions have to be replaced completely.
The docking ring and mooring fixture at Planet Kurile have indeed been damaged to the point they are no longer operational. Unfortunately, despite The Guild's best efforts, Samura Heavy Industries employed tactics generally observed in use by the likes of terrorists such as the Xenos or Farmers Alliance in order to deny us the use of these facilities and in the ensuing chaos were ultimately successful.
Ageira Innovations is most welcome to attend the site of the damage in order to undertake any relevant assessments you may need to make and the safety of your representatives will be guaranteed by The Guild's able paramilitary.
Our employee, Nicole Griffith, has completed the investigation and we have determined that more reliable although more expensive option would be to construct a new set of Docking Rings with our current generation of materials and products rather than attempting to repair something sabotaged in this most unusual fashion.
The efforts of Ms. Griffith and your organisation are most appreciated. The Guild would like to follow your recommendation and enlist your services in the construction of a new docking ring and mooring fixture for the planet.
If you would please forward the details of this project, Guild resources may swiftly be allocated accordingly with the aim of successfully achieving this goal in an efficient manner.
We apologize for delay in responding to your inquiry. Now that our primary project was completed we can once again deliver our services. Looking over the report and our analysis while taking into account the distance between Planet Kurile and our manufacturing plants, we estimate that Docking Ring could be erected in two or three months. The price for the project can be discussed over the meeting when signing the contract.
We would also like to inquire about hostiles elements that might obstruct smooth operations for the project. We know of Corsairs and Outcasts but we are not aware if any other minor criminal organisations roam Sigma regions and might wish to prevent this construction.
Your estimate is most pleasing and The Guild welcomes the opportunity to work with Ageira Innovations in restoring full docking access to Planet Kurile.
The Corsairs and Outcasts do unfortunately make appearances in Sigma-17, as do the former's shills the Hogosha, who despite their public face of legitimate businessmen are just as crooked and will also harass lawful shipping in the Sigma systems if given the opportunity.
However, The Guild paramilitary is well versed in the mitigation of these factors and is confident in its ability to ensure the security of all Ageira ships involved in our project.
We would therefore like to initiate this project as soon as is reasonable practicable and await your advice on how best to proceed.
