Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren of the Rheinland Military,
I can imagine that you might be surprised to hear from the Bundschuh movement, one of your proclaimed enemies and rivals, in such a direct and straightforward fashion. Indeed, it is not typical for political enemies to open up a, I dare say peaceful and hopefully mannered communiqué, but even though you probably won't believe me yet, the Bundschuh is not as much an enemy of our beloved House as you seem so keen on believing.
Unlike the warmongerers who call themselves the Unioners, the Bundschuh and with it Die Weiße Rose, the movement I represent, do not intend to tear down everything our Fatherland stands for and do not want to make Rheinland descend into anarchy.
Although you and us strive against each others fiercely, I think we both have to acknowledge that we are in some ways also brothers and sisters in arms. Both of us only have in mind the best for the House we have all been born in. Admittedly the means of how we hope to achieve this may vary quite drastically, and this difference has lead to many violent skirmishes already, but may I suggest that we, for once, put aside our pride and think about possible cooperation for a moment. Please do not stop reading now.
As I have stated earlier, the Unioners, even though their cause might have been idealistic in former times, have become a danger for the integrity of our House. Die Weiße Rose wishes to oppose them just as much as the Military hopefully does, which is why I suggest a Non-Aggression Pact in situations when the Unioners enter the stage. In such moments, it must be possible to set aside our difference for once and pursue a common goal: the eradication of any other hostile vessels in the vicinity.
Additionally, I want to draw your attention to the Nuremberg crisis, a topic which is on everyone's lips as of late. Once again, when it comes to the evacuation of refugees from Munich, we only have the best of intentions: saving as many human lives as possible. This is why the second suggestion I have is another Non-Aggression Pact inside the Munich System, to make sure people's lives are not threatened by unnecessary skirmishes between our forces that don't mean anything in the long run.
I am awaiting your thoughts on this matter with anticipation.

Herr Gotschall, guten Tag I am Großadmiral Graf Roland von Tannenberg, however let's stay not so much focused on ranks. I understand your intentions very well,
the Unioners became a threat to Rheinland as much as the Roten Hessen. Jedenfalls, die Unionisten had their motives and goals in the past but since the attack on Alter Werft in Hamburg. I believe you understand that I would like the Unioners removed from Rheinland space. If you ask the Rheinwehr about a cease-fire, things will be easier for us both for sure, but it comes with more and new issues. However the Bundschuh tends to pirate vessels of our Corporations, if there is no threat from the Bundschuh to them or atleast from Die Weiße Rose we could negotiate things about a Non-Aggressive Pact. I am very well aware of the situation in München, the Niflheimr is currently operating there for the safety of the ships passing trough a logistic division was dispatched aswell. For the time see your vessels not under the threat of Rheinwehr vessels, atleast not inside of Munich. I don't know if the second fleet will agree with us, however the Rheinwehr will accept your offer. Auf Gute zusammenarbeit Generalsekretär, it is in your interest not to fail the conditions you've made.
The times are changing, and so must we. In recent months, your unbridled aggression in the Sigmas has caught our attention, and it can no longer be ignored that you are well on the way to starting an open war there. This is abhorrent to us, as not only do we oppose imperialism, but we also realize the significance of the fuel resources there. If a war were to start, the fuel prices would skyrocket, and the effects would be disastrous for all of Sirius.
Your continued support of the BDM is also a troubling sign, and should this be allowed to continue under our watch, we would be complete hypocrites to our cause. Thus, I am hereby voiding the Non-Aggression Pact, and enabling the use of full authorized force on the Rheinland Military as well as your Buro compatriots. Remember, it was you who pushed this pact to the limit, and forced our hand. We'll be seeing you soon.
