Captain, y'all nearly re-kindled a war here when your flagship passed our home away from home. The air guard is operating on instinct and stimulants up at Pacifica in response to the joint Libertonian and Rheinlandic federal strikes on Unioner and Harmony installations throughout the system. That's my war. That's the noble cause. Y'all nearly relit conflict between the Legion and the Union; a war my movement isn't inclined to fight. We're reserve that to the essential causes. The facts are that you're a brother people to us, no matter what Dalgaard may or may not believe.
I'm not here to play rhetorician or convince you of my purpose here. There's a itch on my back that tells me the Legion wouldn't send out a fully armed, heavily equipped E-war battleship into Bering under normal command consultation. We both know that ain't how the Commonwealth operates.
Why are are you in my belt, captain?

You should have been expecting that some of us would visit you soon to examine your actions in our territory, especially when you've hurt countless non-combatants for whatever reason you may have. I could see a way out of this situation if it concerned only your attacks, but you done something much worse.
Admiral Revels was laughing out loud when he came to me with this recorded conversation with one of your nearly-killed members
[10.02.2018 20:54:11] [HF]'Ambralia: Lacroix: I see something.
[10.02.2018 20:54:20] Greeter: Uh oh.
[10.02.2018 20:54:20] [HF]-Christian.ReveIs: That's good.
[10.02.2018 20:54:41] [HF]-Christian.ReveIs: What's this?

[10.02.2018 20:55:15] Greeter: Stop crying.
[10.02.2018 20:55:16] [HF]-Christian.ReveIs: I have a hard time believing you, Unioner.
[10.02.2018 20:55:25] [HF]'Ambralia: Lacroix: Can any of you proove your point of view?
[10.02.2018 20:55:26] Greeter: Well.
[10.02.2018 20:55:28] Greeter: SEE YOU.
[10.02.2018 20:55:45] UN|Hydra: Mary: Yes I can
[10.02.2018 20:55:50] Greeter: Cloak activated.

[10.02.2018 20:55:57] UN|Hydra: Mary: He tried to pirate one of our transports.
[10.02.2018 20:56:07] [HF]-Christian.ReveIs: Considering the information we received about you and your friends attacking civilians, I have a REALLY hard time believing
[10.02.2018 20:56:10] UN|Hydra: Mary: I Manage to help the Transport.
[10.02.2018 20:56:10] [HF]-Christian.ReveIs: anything you say.
[10.02.2018 20:56:20] [HF]'Ambralia: Lacroix: Sir Revels, have you scanned the Spatial ID?
[10.02.2018 20:56:40] UN|Hydra: Mary: I can provide the logs if you want. Also we don't attack Civilians.

[10.02.2018 20:56:51] [HF]-Christian.ReveIs: You don't attack civilians? Are you sure about that?
[10.02.2018 20:57:16] [HF]'Ambralia: Lacroix: I think we should let her go this time.
[10.02.2018 20:57:18] UN|Hydra: Mary: Well Rheinland Civilians don't count or ?
[10.02.2018 20:57:18] [HF]-Christian.ReveIs: Let me ask you something.
[10.02.2018 20:57:25] UN|Hydra: Mary: Sure

[10.02.2018 20:58:49] UN|Hydra: Mary: I would stop him and ask him wher he wants to go ...
[10.02.2018 20:59:02] [HF]-Christian.ReveIs: I just told you, Rheinland.

We received a distress call from a transport captain not-so-long ago concerning your attacks in Texas. I'll forward the transmission we received to you. Distress Call
So not only did you lie straight to his face when he knew the truth, you harass and endanger civilian lives in our territory. I'm also going to tap into your discussion with Daalgard where you said this:
Solomon Weiss Wrote:We'll stick to the proposal. No Unioners in Texas without pre-consent or the company of the Harmony Battlegroup. Those that are, are in mutual violation of the agreement and can be assumed to be actin' on their own impulse. However, we'll be expecting the same from the Legion in Bering. Come with company or expect the rain. Nothing helps brings down tensions like clearly defined RoE.
So I can assume those people of yours are a wild bunch, ignoring any attempts between us to reconcile and just doing their thing. You've crossed the line Unioner and here I was hoping you were just misunderstood.
I see no reason to discuss anything with a leader that cannot keep his people in check. I'll give you one last warning, stay out of Texas or you'll see more than my flagship in Bering.

You're on the money.
I don't have any control over what individual Unioner bands choose to do, where they fly. 'Ah can discourage respective cells, but we're not a uniformed outfit, just the vergessenflotte an' they answer to the Admiralty Board, not the directorate. We're a decentralised movement an' individual freedom of action is a tenant of ours. We are a society, we're a people. We're not a peckin' order. We're not a chain of command. We don't wear uniforms to work. Facts of it are that regimentation is against what we believe in. If yer' not a serving member of the forces and you're just part of a militia, you don't come packing a badge. Now, 'Ah informed the Legion to as much, records y'all have access to. 'Ah even stated y'all could open fire upon Unioner demilitarised elements conductin' commerce interception in Liberty primary space without issue, unless they're corroborating with a Separatist group or hauling essential supplies for the Union civilian populace and refugee clearing camps.
'Ah did not lie to Dalgaard. 'Ah am not a liar. I told him the truth just as I'm tellin' you the truth. Do not misrepresent my words after breaking into our home. Do not insult the host.
You will not receive a second reprieve. You do not have a liscence to use terror tactics against a civillian habitat. When our cells raid transports, they're not lookin' to become murderers, they're tryin' to stick a rebar in the gears of an unthinking economic machine that funnels finance to the top an' grinds all those below into paste. We're after a cut of the money. Wealth redistribution. That's far a kinder fate than our Hanseatic boys get from either y'all or the Navy if they catch our shippers. Our marauders hunt with respect for the crews that they raid. That bomber pilot told the Legion the truth. We're not damn senseless killers. Our activism comes from conscience.
The dominant population of Pacifica is civilians. Families. You repeat the act of terror you pulled by rocking artillery into firing range on that habitat, your ship will be destroyed an' you and your crew incarcerated and tried for war crimes. Pacifica has sufficient defence forces to blast your tinker-toy to just another hulk around the Bering sun, five times over. Do not overestimate yer' position.
You wanna' be an honourable man? You wanna' do the right thing? You tell the Legion the truth of what happened here. If a solo Unioner bomber pilot tryin' to survive in some of the most hostile space the sector has the offer can keep it real, you, captain, behind your fifty feet of steel, cosy command chair, an' heavily medalled uniform, buttoned high, can tell the truth to power.
Whatever you do from here, whatever path you choose, will be yours. You will own it, captain. We will listen to diplomats. We will not negotiate with the barrel of a gun.
We want entente, but we're more than prepared for if you shatter it. Fiddlin' in Texas? Your business. Screwin' with Pacifica? Mine. That's a mutual respect we can both adhere to.

I'm going to be frank with you, I do not care if you're decentralized or not, we both wanted something from each other, but your members and your incompetence to at least keep your people in check, messed up the deal. I'm not going to waste my time picking out who is who, when he's flying under your tag, he's your responsibility.
However you just told me another lie man, do you take me for an idiot? Let me point something out of that message log so you can see it clearly.
Code:
[07.02.2018 07:50:20] UN|Hydra-Head-1: Seven million, or the incarceration of whatever crew get to the pods
[07.02.2018 07:50:26] UN|Hydra-Head-1: and the murder of whoever don't.
But you're not killers right? Maybe now you're going to tell me you cannot control what some of your members think. Get real. If they can't follow your Union's guideline then they can only mean trouble for you. But oh well. Everything is good.
If you see a wing, or ten, of Legion fighters in Bering don't bother ringing any of us a call, they're individuals and have their own mindset. Perhaps they'll be able to teach you the ways of humility and to not overextend your reach. I just hope you're quick learners otherwise you'll face extinction. See you soon!

You're playing me a recordin' of the the truth, Cap'. To kill, is to murder.
Anythin' else is window-dressing. False-heroics. A man has to come to terms with the truth.
A pilot's duty is to stop the transport, the wealth generation for the one percent. If the captain doesn't comply, it is his responsibility to get everyone out. Our pilots gave the transport about a hundred and ninety seconds for crew evac'. They gave the crew more than enough time. That's longer than any lawfully mandated decompression drill. Our pilots are focused on targetin' the machine, an' usin' the false-wealth of the machine to feed their families, out in the rocks. They don't want to put their fellow men in coffins, but you blow a pressure vessel? People die. Till they can create EMP weapons that can stun entire transports in place, that is the reality of piracy. However, my pilot told the captain what would become of it. Since that captain lived to tell you about the whole story he clearly wasn't givin' up his seat on the pod for any of his crew - makes ya' think, doesn't it?
That rich DSE under-exec' who sent you that transmission was prepared to sacrifice others for his beliefs but not himself. Funny. My pilots are prepared to die every day for what they believe in, but they don't expect anyone else who doesn't have the same intention to be put in front of a gun. That "man" who sent you that transmission was happy to sacrifice his crew to look good in front of his boss. He's the real killer. The pilot was just a symptom of his evil.
People die in war, war is state-sponsored murder, don't dress it up. We're tryin' to create a post-war society such as existed in Sirius right up until the Eighty Years war ruined the lives of billions and the children of billions.
G'day, Captain Brass. I hope one day you find God before God finds you. Next time you see a homeless man on Guadalajara, spare him a credit.
