I am currently serving within the 5th ranks as an ensign, and would request a transfer from the 5th to the First.
Joining the 5th ranks was a great opportunity to learn, grow my skills, and become a better navy officer. But I believe
that I am ready to move on and join the finest of the Liberty Navy fleets, the First.

The reasons of this request are multiple, but the primary is keep protecting Liberty safe, within and outside of it's borders.
Beside, I have already contacted the officer in charge of the First to signify my intents to do such request.

Everything you have to do now is to inform the Command of the 5th Fleet, that your request got accepted and then you are required to head to Westpoint for an initial briefing and to complete the necessary paperwork.
