Bonjour mes amis,
Before I start off anything, I'd like to introduce myself. I am Francois Rousse, a pilot of the Gallic Royal Intelligence-Service. Before I was assigned as a pilot for the Intelligence,
I was serving as a normal Navy Pilot at the frontlines in New London, Leeds, and California. I am sure that you are wondering why I contact you today so let us jump straight to the point.
After I have found one of your pilots in Hamburg, Karl Reise, a few days ago, I decided to offer you a hand if the Union decides to attack Libertonian forces in and around Bering.
Monsieur Reise was nice enough to provide me with the basic interests of your organisation, and the Union certainly interests me as a potencial ally. Monsieur Reise also already explained a few of the Unions political interests as well, and even those somewhat match my own interests. I believe that you are wondering what I can offer your Organisation and what I expect in return by now, so let me state my demands and my offers.
I would ask for a potencial alliance against anything that le roi has marked as hostile towards Gallia, as well as basic informations of Liberty and the surrounding allies and enemies of Liberty.
What do I offer ? Myself as a potencial ally against the already mentioned groups. That includes escorts of your transports, assistance in combat against said forces as well as patrols into the deeper regions of Liberty if needed.
Why do I contact the Unioners for this ?
Well, as already mentioned, I have met Monsieur Reise, and he has shown me that your organisation certainly is none that I would like as "hostile" in my books, but rather as an ally or at least a neutral force in dire situations. I, myself have found Libertonian Capital-Class Vessels in Bering already, and I have also experienced hostality in the system by a group known as "the Hellfire Legion", so an ally in the area would obviously not hurt. While I believe that our relation might be difficult due to my status as gallic-intelligence-pilot, I would assume that the Unioners are gladly taking a hand if offered.
However, this would only work under the circumstance of absolute secrecy. La Rheinland is apparently no enemy of Gallia, and working together with a group that is against the current Rheinland certainly would not help in any political discussions.
I have stated my demands, now it's time for you to state yours, mes amis.
I'm looking forwards for an answer soon,
Francois Rousse.
[14.02.2018 19:26:24] Minuit: ?:Monsieur may you hold on for a second ?
[14.02.2018 19:26:30] Minuit: ?: I'd like to ask a few questions.
[14.02.2018 19:26:56] UN|Falkensee: Reise: We're quite busy.
[14.02.2018 19:27:14] Minuit: ?: I don't mind Monsieur, I'd accompany you if you don't mind.
[14.02.2018 19:27:42] UN|Falkensee: Reise: You might not like where we're headed.
[14.02.2018 19:28:02] Minuit: ?: Let me find out, Monsieur.
[14.02.2018 19:28:26] Minuit: ?: Why are those lanes and gates shooting a Rheinland vessel ?
[14.02.2018 19:28:53] UN|Falkensee: Reise: We're underworlders, why else?
[14.02.2018 19:29:08] Minuit: ?: Underworlders ? Like the one I've met in Bering before ?.
[14.02.2018 19:29:37] UN|Falkensee: Reise: die Reichsarbeitergesellschaft der Alster. Unioners.
[14.02.2018 19:29:51] Minuit: ?: Monsieur, may I ask a bit about this... Gesellschaft ?
[14.02.2018 19:30:24] Minuit: ?: I can offer some kind of protection against certain groups if le Monsieur is willing to give me a few answers.
[14.02.2018 19:30:37] UN|Falkensee: Reise: That depends a bit on who's asking. I'm going to make an assumption off your ship and your mannerisms that you're from -
[14.02.2018 19:30:39] UN|Falkensee: -- Gallia.
[14.02.2018 19:30:50] Minuit: ?: Tres bien! A smart one.
[14.02.2018 19:31:12] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Not a lot of you end up in here.
[14.02.2018 19:31:17] Minuit: ?: However Monsieur, unlike other Gallians I have not come to slaughter any Sirians.
[14.02.2018 19:31:28] Minuit: ?: I am here to gather information.
[14.02.2018 19:31:49] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Information, mmm?
[14.02.2018 19:32:00] Minuit: ?: Oui. About a system named Bering, to be precise.
[14.02.2018 19:32:20] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Let's get through the hole.
[14.02.2018 19:32:51] Minuit: ?: So le Monosieur is willing to give me information ?
[14.02.2018 19:33:09] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Bering is the Gott-forsaken crossroads of the scum of the universe. I doubt you'd find it interesting.
[14.02.2018 19:33:28] Minuit: ?: We've been there Monsieur, and some people by the name of "Hellfire Legion" attacked us.
[14.02.2018 19:33:45] Minuit: ?: Actually, we saw Libertonian Capital-Class Vessels in that system, so any information is valuable.
[14.02.2018 19:34:06] UN|Falkensee: Reise: I see.
[14.02.2018 19:34:42] UN|Falkensee: Reise: die Reichsarbeitergesellschaft is no friend of Liberty, I can tell you that much.
[14.02.2018 19:34:54] Minuit: ?: And your intentions towards le Roi ?
[14.02.2018 19:35:37] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Mmm. Your king, ja?
[14.02.2018 19:35:57] Minuit: ?: *He shrugs* What a cruel word to call the Roi, but Oui, that is right.
[14.02.2018 19:36:20] UN|Falkensee: Reise: To be frank, I could care less right now. The Union has a lot of business to deal with these days.
[14.02.2018 19:36:35] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Purging comms for transit.
[14.02.2018 19:37:18] Minuit: ?: Le Monsieur mentioned that the Union is against Liberty, right ?
[14.02.2018 19:37:58] UN|Falkensee: Reise: That sort of puts it lightly. We're more or less continuing the war the Federalists gave up on.
[14.02.2018 19:38:27] Minuit: ?: Well Monsieur. My name is Francois Rousse, and I used to be a pilot for la Royal Navy.
[14.02.2018 19:39:02] Minuit: F: Before I was assigned as an agent, I served at the frontline between Liberty and la Crown.
[14.02.2018 19:39:40] Minuit: F: Monsieur, may I ask where the Union is stationed ? I believe it must be quite close to la Liberty if you wage a war with 'em
[14.02.2018 19:39:53] UN|Falkensee: Reise: My name's Karl. Karl Reise. As I've said I'm with the Alster Union. Anyways.
[14.02.2018 19:40:02] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Agent, hm. So you're some sort of spook now?
[14.02.2018 19:40:22] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Ja, we have quite the presence in Bering.
[14.02.2018 19:40:27] Minuit: F: "The enemy of my enemy is my friend".. *he shrugs* or something like this.
[14.02.2018 19:40:35] UN|Falkensee: Reise: And across the Rhein.
[14.02.2018 19:40:36] Minuit: F: I believe both of us could profit from this,Moonsieur.
[14.02.2018 19:41:34] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Pretty wise words.
[14.02.2018 19:42:03] Minuit: F: Monsieur, you say la Union is stationed in Bering ? What do you know about those "Hellfire Legion" people I was ..
[14.02.2018 19:42:07] UN|Falkensee: Reise: I hope you Gauls get along okay with the Corsairs.
[14.02.2018 19:42:08] Minuit: F: Attacked by earlier ?
[14.02.2018 19:42:14] UN|Falkensee: Reise: We're about to hit their turf.
[14.02.2018 19:42:24] Minuit: F: *He nods* I'll find out, never met any Corsairs.
[14.02.2018 19:43:13] Minuit: F: So L'Union is no friend of the Hellfire... things ?
[14.02.2018 19:43:22] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Hellfire? They're patriots, last I remember of them.
[14.02.2018 19:43:53] Minuit: F: Oui, I believe they are no fans of L'Union in Bering then
[14.02.2018 19:44:11] UN|Falkensee: Reise: They fight their state but they also try to fix it. It's weird.
[14.02.2018 19:44:23] UN|Falkensee: Reise: And they're not really friends of us.
[14.02.2018 19:44:30] Minuit: F: Tres Bien!
[14.02.2018 19:44:48] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Ja. They're loose cannons.
[14.02.2018 19:45:07] Minuit: F: You know Monseir, L'Union may prove to be pretty useful for me.
[14.02.2018 19:46:03] Minuit: F: We seem to share at least partially similar interests, such as a war with La Liberty.
[14.02.2018 19:46:16] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Mmm.
[14.02.2018 19:46:34] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Everything's got a price, though. Prep for jump.
[14.02.2018 19:46:54] Minuit: F: A price, Monsieur ?
[14.02.2018 19:47:49] UN|Falkensee: Reise: If all the decades of my life have taught me anything, herr Rousse, it's that everything needs to be earned.
[14.02.2018 19:48:08] Minuit: F: Wise words from your side this time, Monsieur.
[14.02.2018 19:48:14] Minuit: F: Name your price.
[14.02.2018 19:48:40] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Something you have to understand about the Alster Union, though, is it is quite a decentralized organization.
[14.02.2018 19:48:55] UN|Falkensee: Reise: My thought of a price might not be what the Arbeitsdirektor would name, or some other cell leader.
[14.02.2018 19:49:21] UN|Falkensee: Reise: If you'll excuse me, we need to put in for a cargo dropoff here.
[14.02.2018 19:49:28] Minuit: F: *He scratches his head* Monsieur, I believe that you as an individual has shown enough worth to me.
[14.02.2018 19:49:34] Minuit: F: Oui, We'll disguss this afterwards.
[14.02.2018 19:49:39] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Pardon.
[14.02.2018 19:50:24] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Right.
[14.02.2018 19:50:38] UN|Falkensee: Reise: They shooting at you, herr?
[14.02.2018 19:50:44] Minuit: F: Apparently.
[14.02.2018 19:51:05] UN|Falkensee: Reise: We'll have to buzz the planet, you might want to keep some distance then.
[14.02.2018 19:51:14] Minuit: F: Oui.
[14.02.2018 19:51:25] Minuit: F: I'll wait here, Monsieur.
[14.02.2018 19:51:28] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Ja.
[14.02.2018 19:52:35] UN|Falkensee: Reise: I've put in a word to an associate who will be running some logistics for me. We can talk in the meantime.
[14.02.2018 19:53:07] Minuit: F: Tres bien.
[14.02.2018 19:53:25] UN|Falkensee: Reise: As I understand it, Gallia is fighting that whole big war with the 'Brets and 'Libs.
[14.02.2018 19:53:46] Minuit: F: Oui, that is what I have seen and what I was told at the frontlines, too.
[14.02.2018 19:53:50] UN|Falkensee: Reise: How's that all working out?
[14.02.2018 19:54:09] Minuit: F: I am not sure how much information I can reveal Monsieur, but la Bretonia is in trouble.
[14.02.2018 19:54:57] Minuit: F: As for La Liberty, they hold their ground against our split forces at California.
[14.02.2018 19:55:12] Minuit: F: If you ask me Monsieur, as soon as La Bretonia has fallen, la Liberty may or may not come after.
[14.02.2018 19:55:38] UN|Falkensee: Reise: My associate's in position, I need to meet him. Let's move.
[14.02.2018 19:55:57] Minuit: F: Oui.
[14.02.2018 19:56:51] UN|Falkensee: Reise: If Liberty disappeared, that would be quite an interesting circumstance.
[14.02.2018 19:57:05] Minuit: F: Oui Monsieur, but why are you fighting la Liberty in the first place ?
[14.02.2018 19:57:35] UN|Falkensee: Reise: The Alster Union is not exactly a legal organization, in Liberty or Rheinland.
[14.02.2018 19:57:50] Minuit: F: *He nods* I have seen that in La Rhineland.
[14.02.2018 19:58:14] Minuit: F: And L'Union would like to change that fact ?
[14.02.2018 19:58:26] UN|Falkensee: Reise: We're the remains of old imperial trade unions, banned by the Bundesrepublik and considered criminal by Liberty.
[14.02.2018 19:58:51] UN|Falkensee: Reise: It's a big of a loopy story.
[14.02.2018 19:59:14] Minuit: F: That sounds interesting Monsieur. I want to hear more about that later on, if possible.
[14.02.2018 20:00:23] Minuit: F: So, le Monsieur over here is transferring some kind of rocks, Oui ?
[14.02.2018 20:00:47] UN|Falkensee: Reise: The myriad Union cells more or less make a profit off of cargo interdiction, moving of legally questionable materials.
[14.02.2018 20:00:57] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Blowing away shipping. Fun stuff.
[14.02.2018 20:01:19] Artifact.Inspector: Artifact Quality inspection underway
[14.02.2018 20:01:22] UN|Falkensee: Reise: My Corsair associate here is loading us with one such legally questionable good.
[14.02.2018 20:01:39] Minuit: F: That sounds.. quite interesting. May I take one of those with me ?
[14.02.2018 20:01:48] Artifact.Inspector: For sure!
[14.02.2018 20:02:06] Minuit: F: Tres Bien! I appretiate it, Monsieurs !
[14.02.2018 20:02:12] UN|Falkensee: Reise: I don't know what you Gauls would class them as, but they're a variation of ancient alien artifacts.
[14.02.2018 20:02:25] Minuit: F: Next time I'll make sure to repay you with some wine *He grins*
[14.02.2018 20:02:25] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Most Houses disapprove of their shipping.
[14.02.2018 20:02:26] Artifact.Inspector: Any time mi Amigo!
[14.02.2018 20:02:38] Minuit: F: And why exactly do they not approve ?
[14.02.2018 20:02:58] UN|Falkensee: Reise: The 'Sairs can probably give you a better explanation for that.
[14.02.2018 20:03:00] Artifact.Inspector: I would be suprised if Gallia's populace wasn't interested in them. They are quite pretty
[14.02.2018 20:03:21] Minuit: F: They are pretty indeed! But are they of any use,Monsieur ?
[14.02.2018 20:03:46] Artifact.Inspector: paper weights, some claim special abilities
[14.02.2018 20:03:58] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Their practical value's quite limited. They're pretty much fancy gemstones more than anything else.
[14.02.2018 20:04:03] Minuit: F: *He giggles* Paper!
[14.02.2018 20:04:12] UN|Falkensee: Reise: But you can make a killing off them, herr.
[14.02.2018 20:04:47] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Black markets are quite lucrative environments, after all.
[14.02.2018 20:05:01] Minuit: F: Fancy stones whose shipping is not approved by la Liberty.. and I can make money with them too!
[14.02.2018 20:05:11] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Collectors in the Houses shell out top credit for these.
[14.02.2018 20:05:11] Minuit: F: I'll be keeping one of those for sure,Monsieur!
[14.02.2018 20:06:59] Minuit: F: So Monsieur, where are you dropping those off ?
[14.02.2018 20:07:43] UN|Falkensee: Reise: The biggest market for these is on Manhattan itself. But, as I've said, the Union isn't exactly Liberty's friend.
[14.02.2018 20:07:54] UN|Falkensee: Reise: We'd get torn up by the defense grid in seconds.
[14.02.2018 20:07:56] Minuit: F: So you need a companion to deliver it ?
[14.02.2018 20:08:25] UN|Falkensee: Reise: There's middlemen we can fork these off too. They handle the final bit of outlay, we get a good cut for moving.
[14.02.2018 20:09:07] Minuit: F: Monsieur, after all the Information you've given me, and as long as it angers La Liberty, I am willing to offer a hand.
[14.02.2018 20:09:30] Minuit: F: To you and L'Union.
[14.02.2018 20:09:41] UN|Falkensee: Reise: I know the House media likes to paint Gallia as savage conquers, but you've been anything but so far.
[14.02.2018 20:10:07] Minuit: F: Not all of us are like that Monsieur ! I enjoy foreign women and a good glass of wine. Definetly no conqueror.
[14.02.2018 20:11:03] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Being an agent for your "Roi" though, you've probably got a bit of patriotism inside you though.
[14.02.2018 20:11:27] Minuit: F: That is true monsieur. If you insult le roi I'll need to cut your tongue off.
[14.02.2018 20:11:42] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Hah. Everyone needs to fight for their House, right?
[14.02.2018 20:11:52] Minuit: F: However, if you dare to be a bad Monsieur towards a shy madmoiselle, I'll make sure to end you.
[14.02.2018 20:12:24] Minuit: F: Le Roi is not everything for me Monsieur, but definetly someone greater.
[14.02.2018 20:13:03] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Maybe someday Rheinland will have a Kaiser again.. but these are trying times.
[14.02.2018 20:13:37] Minuit: F: A Kaiser... is that something equivalant to le Roi,Monsieur ?
[14.02.2018 20:14:06] UN|Falkensee: Reise: In standard English, you'd say "Emperor".
[14.02.2018 20:14:18] Minuit: F: So Kaiser is a Rhinelandish word ?
[14.02.2018 20:14:21] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Ja.
[14.02.2018 20:14:36] Minuit: F: Tres bien! Not only am I learning about politics, but also about culture.
[14.02.2018 20:15:01] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Literally it's a Rheinlandic equivalency to the emperors that fill your really ancient Earth textbooks.
[14.02.2018 20:15:47] Minuit: F: Well Monsieur, I believe le roi is doing a great job, but you need the right person for such things.
[14.02.2018 20:16:16] Minuit: F: An amateur as the only ruler would be the final nail in a coffin.. or at leas that's what they taught us.
[14.02.2018 20:16:23] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Sadly nobility's quite a dead concept.
[14.02.2018 20:16:53] UN|Falkensee: Reise: If we had a monarch in Rheinland we'd still have legitimacy for the Alster unions.
[14.02.2018 20:17:20] Minuit: F: So a monarchy for la Rhineland is a goal for L'Union,too ?
[14.02.2018 20:17:53] UN|Falkensee: Reise: For a few. For most it's about the unionist rights. For a few others it's just to pirate and kill people.
[14.02.2018 20:18:16] Minuit: F: Monsieur, I believe that if L'Union is willing to assist le roi and the royalist forces against la Liberty..
[14.02.2018 20:18:26] Minuit: F: Then it may pay off for both sides. *He nods*
[14.02.2018 20:19:02] Minuit: F: Should I go and get this dogs head for le roi as a present..?
[14.02.2018 20:19:11] UN|Falkensee: Reise: The scrapper?
[14.02.2018 20:19:23] Minuit: F: *He shakes his head* Non. I believe it would be bad to do that now.
[14.02.2018 20:19:29] UN|Falkensee: Reise: They've got a stake in Bering.
[14.02.2018 20:19:42] Minuit: F: I don't know what that was, but I've heard someone insulting le roi and his culture.
[14.02.2018 20:20:17] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Mmm.
[14.02.2018 20:20:47] Minuit: F: I believe we have other things to do though. I offered an escort for information, and I'm a man that stands to his word.
[14.02.2018 20:21:09] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Everyone's gotta have culture. You've got to come from somewhere.
[14.02.2018 20:21:26] Minuit: F: Do you believe that a culture might be surperior to another, Monsieur ?
[14.02.2018 20:22:49] UN|Falkensee: Reise: I believe in the strength of Rheinland. I know that despite her many scars she still stands strong among nations.
[14.02.2018 20:23:08] Minuit: F: La Rhine's military sure has some impressive ships.
[14.02.2018 20:23:23] Minuit: F: La Bismark is the only thing I'd put toe to toe with a mighty Valor-Class.
[14.02.2018 20:23:45] UN|Falkensee: Reise: A fun fact, herr. The Union designed most of the older models of the Rhein's capital craft. We still field some --
[14.02.2018 20:23:47] UN|Falkensee: -- ourselves.
[14.02.2018 20:24:02] Minuit: F: In Bering,too ?*He asks shooked*
[14.02.2018 20:24:20] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Bismarck. Donau. Oder. All fine, masterful pieces of machinery.
[14.02.2018 20:24:35] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Ja, in Bering. We know the rocks.
[14.02.2018 20:24:48] UN|Falkensee: Reise: We can maneuver our ships with ease while the Libertonians flounder.
[14.02.2018 20:24:49] Minuit: F: Something by the name of KKS-Germania, Monsieur ?
[14.02.2018 20:24:58] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Ah.
[14.02.2018 20:25:09] UN|Falkensee: Reise: So you've seen our ships first-hand?
[14.02.2018 20:25:36] Minuit: F: I have Monsieur. Une Madame has had a nice date with a communist and I interrupted it by accident.
[14.02.2018 20:25:36] UN|Falkensee: Reise: die Germania is the pride of the Kaiserflotte.
[14.02.2018 20:25:53] Minuit: F: La Madmoiselle was not happy, and I quickly got to see the Germania.
[14.02.2018 20:26:25] UN|Falkensee: Reise: The Kaiserflotte is old. Very old.
[14.02.2018 20:26:41] UN|Falkensee: Reise: Yet it still shields the Union against its many foes.

Agent.
Affirmed. We've had trouble from other GRI agents in the theatre.
I'll brief you on what I trust you with; the Unioners are not opponents of the elected government of Rheinland, nor the state apparatus. We retain the conviction that a strong goverment working in close conjunction with an active weathfare state in which corporate lobbying is outlawed, with an empowered military answering to the government, rather than dictating the government. This puts us in opposition to the Rheinland armed forces, but not every branch of the state, nor the corporations of the state, nor every party in the Bundestag. In government, we have as many friends than we have conflicting interests. We'll leave it at that.
The conditions of the working class of Gallia are utopian by contrast to that within the present Rhein, which has been corrupted by globalist groups such as the gas mining guild, and tax-evading hegemons such as republican shipping, which actively attempts to combat civil rights laws to ensure it can pay its workers economic slave wages, not to mention Synth Foods and Agiera technologies, who hold crippling control over Rheinland's domestic food production and travel infrastructure. In Bering, we are attempting to sever Agiera and Synth's access to the Rhein, to rejuvenate our domestic economy. The Legion and the Liberty Navy stand to lose corporate backing, and thus oppose us. Gallic help in this matter would be invaluable.
We wish your people swift victory in Liberty and Bretonia. Perhaps some day Charles's children can help guide the Rhein back to the old symbiosis between proletariat, government, civil services, as exists in the Gallia of the present. Once that day comes, you won't need to concern yourself with Unioner opposition to the Rheinland military.
We have as much to lose from our collaboration as you do. Be discreet; we will return the favour.
Provide specific ship names. My men will take care of the rest.

Bonjour Madame Abendroth,
First of all I wanted to thank you for both the education about the goals of the Union, and the warm words towards Gallia. I believe that we will march towards Liberties and Bretonias inner systems soon, and stomp them if they refuse to surrender. I also believe that le roi would be willing to guide Rheinland when the time comes, but that is not up for me to decide.
I understand your concerns about our collabaration and as already mentioned I share mutual feelings about it. Rest assured, I will be as discreet as possible, so I expect the same from the Union. If this collabaration is going to work out, both sides need to keep their mouth closed about it, and that is precisely what I will do. Please do not take this as a hostile intention, but if I find out that any of your organisations members spread information about this, without asking for permission, then I will have to silence them. However, I believe that this also goes for me, so you don't need to worry about anything.
If I understood correctly, then one of your goals is to lower the influence of Libertonian companies for Rheinland, and I admire that. Certainly, Rheinland has proven to be a beautiful place, and it's a shame to see it being influenced by Libertonian companies that much. I'll gladly provide information about any Libertonian Vessel that I find which is going towards Rheinland, and if needed I'll prove their destruction to you too. For Rheinland companies however, I can not do much, as they have shown to have no hostile intentions towards le Roi, thus not falling under my list of prey to hunt.
Furthermore, I would like to inform you that our coorperation does not mean that Gallia as a whole has the same picture on the Unioners as I do, this is only something between the Union and me. I would love to offer more, but that is all that I am capable of at the moment. Also, you mentioned problems with other GRI Pilots, if you don't mind then I would like you to examine on this.
The ship that I am flying should appear to you as "Minuit", a XJ-3 "Lynx" Gallic Very Heavy Fighter class. Surely, this ship is nothing outstanding, but it has proven to be a nice piece of engineering at difficult times.
I would like to arrange a meeting with the likes of you, soon if possible, to gather more information and to get a better insight of the Union's structure and style of operations.
You've asked for loyalty, and I will ask the same of you.
Best Regards,
Francois Rousse

Excellent. Your transponder has been added to the no-fire list. Our current attitude to Gallic forces is to treat as neutral until hostility is expressed.
Obviously we we won't accept intelligence agents basing off our own facilities, yet. Freeport two may be appropriate, however, the local Libertonian separatists may regard you as hostile. I'll leave that to your own discretion.

Preperations are being made right now. Expect me to show up around Bering from now on, possibly to help the Union with fullfilling their goals.
I've already scouted Bering before, and the Seperatist forces appeared to not like me, but not hate me either, so I expect not too much off of them. About the Freeport 2, I am afraid but current residents are not willing to let me dock on it either, but I am sure that will change with time.
Thanks for your warning however, I will be careful when operation around Bering.

If hostality is what to be expected from your organisation then I am afraid but this was about the shortest relation in human history.
Your Cruisers open up on me after merely shooting a lane and a talk that was not even 2 minutes long, involving nothing but light questions.
If this is what I have to expect when being around Texas, then I'll make sure to repay you properly, Union.
You've asked me for loyalty, I risk being fired and thrown into prison for your cause, and that is what I get rewarded with.
Thank you for nothing.

Us working together was dependent upon not interfering with one another's operations. "Don't double-cross us". Disabling trade lanes in front of Unioner warships, effectively splitting up königsyndischeflotte vessels, deep within hostile territory, is a double-cross.

Minuit: F: And you are ?
UN|KKS-"Curse.of.Koeln": Mary: Well I hope you mark your boarders correctly, it could cause trouble.
UN|Empress.Leicht: Kazuli: Fleet Arbeiter Kazuli of the Imperial Syndic navy.
UN|Alise.von.Ravensberg: Who are you reffering to? Me, or Miss Mary?
Minuit: F: And that Rheinland ship in Texas ? Thats somoewhat concerning.
Minuit: F: Not in the mood to talk, Madmoisellle ? UN|KKS-"Curse.of.Koeln": Mary: Would you keep some distance , please ?
UN|Empress.Leicht: Kazuli: Depends how you frame 'Concerning', pilot.
UN|Empress.Leicht: For Die Union? Nothing wrong with it. UN|KKS-"Curse.of.Koeln": Mary: Did you just deactivated that lane ? Minuit: F: Well, I did.**
Minuit: F: You are a part of the Alster Union then ?
UN|KKS-"Curse.of.Koeln": Mary: Well that was a mistake.
UN|Empress.Leicht: Kazuli: Affirmed, yes we are. And do not cut the lanes on us.
UN|Empress.Leicht: If you do, Mary will fire at you. She's not very chatty,
Minuit: F: So you intend to shoot me noow ? UN|Empress.Leicht: No.
UN|Empress.Leicht: But only if you impede our movement.
UN|Empress.Leicht: If you don't? Feel free to assist us worthily against the Libertonian navy. Minuit: F: It appears that you guys don't even know your politics.
UN|KKS-"Curse.of.Koeln": Mary: Oh you annoyed me well done. Opening up !
Death: Minuit was put out of action by UN|KKS-"Curse.of.Koeln" (Gun).
The evidence remains conclusive. it is fortunate you survived, however, the captain took proportionate action to prevent further impediment of their movement in hostile space when the Libertonian navy are suspected to be a mere tradelane away.
We gently urge you reconsider your position, but will be non the worse if you do not.

I believe what both your Pilots and I failed to report is that the lane was being shot with Antimatter-Cannons even before I was shooting at it, effectively cutting the Tradelane. I was simply trying to help keeping the lane surpressed, but I got no time to explain myself, neither a warning of it being seen as a hostile action.
Both groups of the "königsyndischeflotte" were a mere 10kilometers apart from each other, getting up to them would be a matter of seconds, even without the Tradelane, so I don't really see this as a reason to open fire on me.
However, I still admire your cause for Rheinland, and thus I would like to oversee what has happened today.
Both me and the Pilot of that Warvessel probably had a bad day, and this is no relation that I would like to go to waste because of the actions of both me, and the Captain of the Vessel.
