The Admiralty is humbly requesting to be forwarded information regarding a Rheinlandic civilian named Engler Isabelle, allegedly reported as being a former member of the Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts. Said civilian is flying a Wraith very heavy fighter and has been requesting a visa for freedom of movement within House Kusari sovereign space.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter representative of the Office of the KNF Admiralty. My name is Laura Carsten and I am polizeidirektorin of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.

At the beginning, I would like to note that I would appreciate to know who exactly I am speaking with. Just to be be able to know to whom we provide information exactly. While your message has all security protocols and such, we always have to be careful to make sure we will not be fooled by some hackers and anonymous contact is quite basic marker to be on alert.

Anyway, to the point. Bundespolizei has no records for the name Isabelle Engler in any available database, what means two things. First, she is not any known criminal. Second, she does not hold permission to use restricted technology such as Wraith military very heavy fighter, thus if she enters the Rheinland space with it she would be violating the laws.

Considering she claims to be former member of the BDM, then this would suggest she defected and took the ship with her without proper permission. However, it would be best to check this with the Büro, because we do not have access to their databases and thus can not verify it.

I am Lieutenant Tagaya Kijuro and will serve as your privileged contact for this request. Please accept our apologies, the Office of the Admiralty serves as a functional organ handling cases judged menial enough to not require a member of the Admiralty for their immediate resolution.

The Admiralty would like to thank Rheinland Federal Police for this swift - albeit inconclusive - response. Given the lack of agreements regarding criminals extradition, it is unlikely Kusari State Police would be inclined to arrest the Rheinlandic citizen Engler Isabelle for her usage of restricted military technology alone.

We would be however grateful to receive any further findings regarding the individual in question. In the event said findings would reveal major crimes such as high treason, House Kusari might be agreeing to extradite the criminal so that she can be judged in House Rheinland.
