I'm Kirihara Misaki, current CEO of the Kishiro Technologies. With the recent reformation of the Kusari Empire, we in Kishiro were wondering if it is possible for Bretonia Law Enforcers to reconsider limitations imposed on Kishiro in paragraph 2.3 of your laws.

We are mostly interested in Scarborough station since as you may know Kishiro Technologies have some share in the He-3 export and this station is designated as buying point in Bretonia. However, we believe that lifting of other restrictions will also benefit both of us since it will allow for other goods to be moved freely to and from Bretonia.

Please let us know if there is such possibility and if there is anything that we can do for this restriction to be lifted.
