You going to give me an explanation why the Commune, you being friends of ours, used some whacked-up gunship hotrod to treason your way through my training wing?

From what I've got to know, and from the evidence I've seen, it seems that your training wing, accompanied by you, surrounded my operative and the Drone that was escorting him around. You basically didn't want to let them go, as you were disabling the lane.
I also got to know that one of your men fired a Nova missile that disabled their shields. My operative reacted as he is indeed trained, as a part of Assassin squadron, to preserve the precious technology. This resulted in your whole wing being shot down.
And I also got to know that you were asked, by my operative to stand down and have a talk. The drone also stopped firing but you didn't want to stop and continued dealing damage to my operative and then they shot you down as well.
As the last thing, I do not recall us... being allies. I wasn't informed of anything through our internal communications but if there was anything, you should let me know so we could further work on this issue.
However, if we were allies to you then, why this all happened?

It doesn't make it right that one of my rooks launched a city-levelling antimatter warhead at your men, no. What doesn't get acceptable is that he reacted under the assumption we were tryin' to kill him outright when no follow-up fire returned and communiques were bein' broadcast by all the attendant unioner ships as to the nature of the event, yea'?
Maybe allies is callin' it false; our boys have worked together enough times that we've been starting to trust your people to watch each other's backs. We've got common enemies.
Common friends. I'd be loathe if one scrub who didn't safe his master arm torpedoes the friendship ship.

This operative has a very specific mission and a pattern of his performance. This individual has no space for deciding what to do. If the same individual, or anything near him that is considered allied or associated, gets shot, the operative has a pattern of what to do.
The enemies of the Commune are many, and their number grows by each day. Your men, together with you, weren't showing a gesture of friendship but rather, as being ready to attack.
The drone that you've seen is completely prototype technology, that we still are developing. It is of our main objectives to preserve it. And we are supposed to do anything, that is required to do in order to secure it.
What I can offer you is a chance to settle this incident by further working on our ties, since we have some of the similarities. However, I need to notify you that Commune deals only with strictly one-sided organizations. Ideology is our prime thing.
If we would be required to ignore the fact that a certain individual, or organization as well deals with some of our enemies, we consider them associates. But, those individuals have to be very useful to us, to compensate the fact that we are, closing our eyes on certain details.
Thus, be my guest, and tell me where do you see us, working together and how exactly.
