Dear Adm. Golanski,
SIS would like to negotiate a ceasefire with the Order in the hopes that we can work congruently to secure both our interests over time. We're hoping that by building a record of cooperation between our organisations, we can go back to the Bretonian Government and make a case for your removal from the official list of terror organisations, while furthering our own knowledge of both the Omicrons and the Nomads. If you feel these are conditions you can work with to secure long term diplomatic benefits between our two organisations, then please let me know at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Adrienne Perry, Chief of Staff,
Secret Intelligence Service, Bretonia

Negotiations
Neural net communications are inadequate means of discussing any kinds of truce.
If Bretonia is trully willing to negotiate something with The Order, I will speak personally to the highest authority of Bretonian Intelligence branch of service in star system of Tau 37. This world is beyond Gallic lines and poses minimal threat to both of our organizations in terms of navigational hazards and hostiles alike. No capital assets and no escorts are to be involved to minimize detection rate. If you will find this acceptable, we can talk.

Dear Admiral Golanski,
Your terms are acceptable. I will be making my way to Freeport 10 as soon as I can and we can arrange a time for the meeting via encrypted D.I.S.C.O.R.D. protocols.
Director Weber is indisposed at the moment, keeping the politicians off our backs so that the rest of us have a free hand to advance Bretonian interests. He will not be at Freeport 10, but his actions are making this meeting possible.
Let's see what we can dish out.
Sincerely,
Adrienne Perry, Chief of Staff,

Negotiations
We only really need one Bretonian representative. Rest of your Directorate has their hands tied as it seems already.
The recent incidents in upper Tau's are inconvenience for The Order, drawing attention of forces likely to compromise relative security and seclusion of Tau 37's Freeport. However despite the interference, we are still giving green light to the meeting with a clause to alternate rendezevous elsewhere in the system at will should need arise. I will make my way down there myself.

Dear Adm. Golanski,
Despite the interruptions, I'm glad that we were able to display our intentions at the Freeport yesterday. SIS will be in touch with you and whichever officer you designate for leading the light reconnaissance mission into the Tau-117 system. The goals of the mission will be to discover and scan any anomalies and also to chart any other jump holes to and from the system if we find any. If we do, we can discuss how we'll go about securing it. SIS will launch a recon operation via Inverness to scout out a secure route that won't bring in any attention to your agents. If you have any cloaking devices with you, make sure to equip your ships with them for the operation.
Due to the ion storms, I wanted to re-iterate this in case our communications channel was cut early. SIS is attempting to lay the groundwork to secure Bretonian shipping to and from Rheinland as it represents our last safe supply route for our war against Gallia. To this extent, our end goal would be to secure a peace with as many factions that operate at the Omegas. We have a pre-liminary informal ceasefire in place with the Coalition and if we can achieve the same with the Red Hessians down the road, that we can put our full attention towards Gallia and the Nomad threat. Any influence you can exert on your part to help us achieve this will be reciprocated as per your expectations. I'd like to make it clear that we do not intend to turn the Coalition or the Order against the Red Hessians; when I say influence, I mean influence this "Heinrich" peacefully. If this is not possible or ultimately a failure, than SIS won't hold a grudge, and we will do what we can do make sure that relations between Bretonia and the Order are normalised and help bring your organisation it's long lost legitimacy. All this of course, are long term goals, not short term.
If there is anything else you feel the need to bring up, please do so. I'm looking forward to establishing a working relationship with the Order.
Sincerely,
Adrienne Perry, Chief of Staff,
Secret Intelligence Service, Bretonia
