Ladies and Gentlemen of the newly reformed Kusarian Empire.
On behalf of the Kingdom of Gallia we congratulate you on your return to a stable government and praise your handling of the civil war that could very well have brought ruin to your old and noble house. We are glad that events have turned out they way they have and we look forward to many more years of peace and prosperity between our two houses.
However, as much as we praise and value your return to monarchy, we feel that such a shift in the socio-political climate will have unforeseen repercussions. Coupled with the rise in Blood Dragon activity in the Rishiri system, we feel that action must be taken, as such, we feel it necessary to inform you that a minor peacekeeping patrol will depart from the Lyonnais system and will arrive in Rishiri where we will conduct a sweep of the system in order to purge it of all hostile elements and reaffirm our presence in the area.
We understand that this may come as a slight shock to some of your members of government, especially in the defence department. Rest assured that this patrol is motivated only by our mutual interest to see the citizens of our great houses safe and secure.
Sincères amitiés:
Léopold Morice
Ministre des Affaires étrangères
My name is Satomi Motoyasu, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kusari Empire.
Joint efforts are indeed necessary to guarantee traffic safety in the Rishiri trade corridor, a trade route our both Houses greatly benefit from. While the Blood Dragons uprising in Nagano system was a cause of concern for the previous government, Kusari Naval Forces have also reported an increasing presence of criminals originating from House Gallia, such as Brigands or members of the Maquis.
In order to optimize operational results, coordination between Kusari Naval Forces and Gallic Royal Navy should be preferred, notably by incorporating Royal Navy patrols to the Naval Forces presence in Rishiri system.
No matter, Kusari Naval Forces Admiralty has been informed of this initiative taken by House Gallia government.
Respectfully, Satomi Motoyasu
Minister of Foreign Affairs
