Abend Representatives,

As you must've known by now the Army has lost balance due to the ever-growing struggle to meet the populous demands of Vogtland Station; and the secondary fleet's mistakes. Never the less, we have begun recovering and re-organizing efforts against the Imperial threat in the Omegas and against terrorist entities such as the Union in Fatherland. As a result of recent events the Army has lacked appropriate communication with the People's Republic and her entities that have been of irreplaceable value to the Army. With our resurgence and recovery, the Army would request a meeting between the leaders of the two respective parties. The Generalmajor, who - in light of recent events is unable to speak at the moment - will attend the meeting in person should the People's Republic agree to it. While we extend our gratitude and appreciation, we must request that the meeting occur within the territory of the People's Republic; perhaps Zhukovsky station? The Army apologizes for being unable to host such an event, but with our current situation we must ensure the people of the Volksrevolution their rightful attention and supplies.

Instability in your ranks has been a concern on our minds for quite a while here in the People's Republic. It's good to see the Hessians fully back on their feet. There's still a lot of ground to cover and a lot of buildup to be had, though.

Zhukovsky will serve just as well as before for a meeting between the Generalmajor and myself. Fine beer, fine vodka, lavish feasts fit for monarchs and oligarchs on their way to getting deposed. You know how it is.

Security will more likely than not be a non-issue. We'll be awaiting whatever craft you need to bring with you.
