I believe this is the first formal contact between our organisations, so allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mstislav Belov, I am the Chief Research Officer for Sirius Coalition Expeditionary Corps. We are the spearhead of People's science of the Coalition and supply the Revolution with the latest technologies, develop various wunderwaffe and prospect planets for possible colonisation. Since communism, army and science are inseparable, as members of the Sirius Coalition and your allies we bid you welcome and our best wishes to prosper and overthrow the tyranny and oppression of Rheinland corrupt bourgeoisie.

Today we turn to your, liebe Freunde, in hard times: the Frontier of People's research in Omega 55 system, our Plesetsk research facility is under constant threat from Corsair dogs. Knowing of your expertise and hate towards the later we believe you can lend us a hand in this situation.

We will be frank: being civilians mostly with only a small number of professional soldiers attached to SCEC, we haven't fared well in the latest fights against the Cretans. We are especially outgunned by their Battleships. Aware of your accomplishments on the fleet of Jormungards and capable captains, we Invite you to show these treacherous Corsairs the might of the People. Therefore, we kindly ask you to assist in the defence of the facility and fending the hostiles back. You may expect our gratitude and R&D support for the RHA.

The defensive effort today was met with a vile and very substantial offensive force. Despite its respect and value for Coalition personnel -especially it's researchers- the Army cannot provide extensive fleet support given it's current status. However, the Direktor has dispatched me and several other agents to assist in the defensive effort for as long as the Imperials attempt to advance. Today's offensive was met with no success for the Imperials, however; my vessel was severely damaged in the defensive effort. I suggest evacuating all essential personnel and resources to Leipzig Station until the offensives have failed completely. The SOA will ensure their security and well-being there.

We witnessed your furious defence efforts ourselves and commend you on the assistance, trusted Ally. We do understand that the RHA fleet is tied up with Rheinland, yet your presence was enough. The Corsairs were fend off and we hope to never hear of them again. We are grateful for your assistance and will be ready to answer your call should the need arise.
