We are a community who protects and supports any independent mercenary or group. Just the fact you're part of the Auxilia Coalition means that you are an independent mercenary/freelancer like before but you will be supported economically and logistically by the Auxilia Coalition. You can choose your contracts, choosing if take the payment or donating it at the Mercenary Council, and doing your relations without influencing the Auxilia Coalition external relations. It's complicate to explain it but it's like a simple mercenary register ours one.

We haven't had many employers and collaboration, it's true. But this is because our voice isn't completely spread yet and we're so far very less to have a good influence around Sirius. We could be initially 2 or 3 at start, but in the future we will be too many. I don't want to force you to register your presence at the Mercenary Council but I'd like to promise you that despite "nobody" knows ours, we will do everything to help you to find employers and who requests help to you and/or the Auxilia Coalition.
The first and the second proposal is similar to an adhesion to the AC (removing the fee thing in the second one). The third proposal I didn't get it much on the first part but however we don't need of further common commodities. The choice is yours.
