Howdy hey there, friend! I'm hopin' yer day is goin' swell and without hassle.
My name's Sandra Carter! I've been asked by our Arbiter, Rick Tiltman, 'ta reach out 'ta ya'll an' see if ya'll'd be willin'ta make a business arrangement.
Specifically, the Congress is lookin'ta get ourselves some vessels with some serious tonnage capacities. We've been helpin' a number've folks recently upkeep their auxiliary installations, an' a lot've us Congressfolk have recognized that, for the most part, our standard cargo vessels jus' ain't cuttin' it. While we do have a few Libertonian-brand Bisons flyin' around, it's hard fer us 'ta obtain those kind've haulers on a regular basis. Pilgrim Liners retro-fitted fer standard haulin' tend 'ta be what some've us use, but they really ain't what many've us like, 'specially with how ramshackle they tend 'ta be. On the other hand, I reckon the Colossus-Class would be somethin' we could make use of readily and steadily, given that they look pretty solid in terms of construction.
I know that ALG an' Junkers have gotten along peachy keen in the past - We sure do appreciate the help ya'll gave us in clearin' the debris up in Sigma-13! Thanks 'ta ya'll, we got the job done, an' both've our groups were able 'ta shift focus on efforts elsewhere.
Would ya'll be amenable to allowing us to procure a few second-hand Collossi? It'd be a big boon fer us not only in supplyin' other folks' auxiliary installations, but also fer shippin' Manifolds straight outta Culebra Smelter, which's known fer producin' some've the finest recycled metal ingots in all've Sirius!
Lemme know what'ch'all think! I'm lookin' forward 'ta speakin' with ya'll. Oh and uh, sorry fer the drawl, fellas - That tends 'ta happen when 'ya grow up on Houston!
~~Happy Trails,
~Congresswoman Sandra Carter

My name is Anita Raichert, Director of Shipping for ALG. I apologize for the heavily delayed response, it seems your transmission was misfiled due to a clerical error and was only rediscovered in a recent routine archival maintenance.
Of course we will be happy to accept shipbuilding contracts from our friends in the Congress. The Colossus-class is not a type we regularly construct, but a special commission is of course feasible. While we work out the details, I have had the Graz, one of our ships of the class, moved to Vieques Shipyard.
We heartily invite you and your crews to the ship, my staff will be happy to show you the general attributes, layout and operation of this type.
If you find it to be to your liking, we can draw up a contract as soon as possible.

Howdy Ms. Raichert,
It's a pleasure'ta hear from 'ya! I reckon what counts is that we're speakin' with one another now, yeah? Misfilin's happen from time'ta time, so we fully understand the delay in gettin' back in touch with us.
We're happy'ta accept the invitation'ta take a look at the Graz! Personally, I ain't ever had the chance'ta work with Rheinlandic designs up close, so this'll be a nifty learnin' experience for me. We appreciate ya'll takin' initiative by havin' a Colossus-class vessel flown out 'ta Vieques!
Lemme' go ahead an' patch our Director Ian Howler in'ta this transmission - He's been placed in charge've relations with Rheinlandic organizations between this transmission an' our previous one. I'll still be keepin' a hand in this, but I reckon he'll be your go-to guy fer helpin' get things organized.
We're lookin' forward 'ta workin' with ALG again, Ms. Raichert!

Greetings Madame Raichert,
I am the aforementioned Ian Howler, Rheinland Director of the Junker Congress.
Given that you've had the pleasure of speaking with Miss Carter up to now, I'm not sure there's much left to do except arrange the viewing. She's much more tactful than I with these matters, but I digress on to business.
We are indeed glad to hear from you, and will soon be preparing to send some of our crews, and perhaps some of our higher command to get a feel for the aforementioned vessel; I believe perhaps even Arbiter Tiltman would like to be present, if he can. Though I can't speak for him.
I imagine the news will excite our people; many of our men and women have never gotten so much as a sliver of a chance to set foot on such a vessel.
We cannot express our thanks enough for assisting us in this, and we look forward to working with you in the future as well, perhaps.
Seems the next step here is to work out a time convenient for all parties involved, though that shouldn't be too much difficulty.
Let us know what is convenient for you, and we'll find a way to work it in, so as to work with the schedules of all parties involved.
Thanks again!
In friendship,
- Ian "Wolf" Howler Rheinland Director.
