First, I must thank you for placing a protective detail on my family. Much appreciated but not needed. Secondly, I am asking for a debrief meeting to deliver my report about my actions within the past year. Sigma 21 has become.. volatile, as you may well know. But I have further data that might assist any decision making in the future. I am already in transit from Kusari to Bretonia, where I will meet with Admiral McIntire firstly to decide my fate.
I suggest that the transport to be held at the Kingston Border Station for inspection, where we can meet, unofficially.
My mother sends her warm regards.

First and foremost is Victor still alive and intact? I did not send him up there to be killed.
Secondly, I expect you to give a full account of your whereabouts to Admiral McIntire, much has changed since you left, he will bring you up to speed if Victor has not already. If there is anything you cannot tell him, then I expect you will tell one of ours instead, although I don't think that will be the case, McIntire does hold my trust after all.
I noticed you have assigned me a new rank and all. And yes. Your nephew is quite alright. He will fill you in the particulars in a posterior date, as he has already filled for his re-integration in the Bretonian Armed Forces. Why, you ask. Well, I will leave that in his more than capable hands.
It is good to know the bond between the Service and the Armed Forces is strong as I would detest if it had become otherwise. Admiral McIntire is an invaluable aid in your operations and in what can the Service do for Bretonia.
As for my full account to Admiral McIntire, that goes without saying. First and foremost, Bretonia.
Secondly, I would enjoy a full report on the Colonial, Outcast, Hellfire and Liberty situation. Do we have any news regarding that Harmony debacle down there?
With regards,
