To summon up how these translated hyperspatial coordinates operate is that the coordinates are an anchored point that will allow one's vessel, or vessels, to enter within 25k of the effective range of the scanned coordinates. Due to the anomalous nature of how the hyperspace plane works and constantly shifts with the galaxy, these coordinates will be ineffective within a Sirian standard month.

The offer is appealing, as such there are several designated areas the Army would be interested in obtaining instant access. As you know them, Omega-3, Omega-49, Sigma-15, Sigma-21, and finally Dublin. I haven't really paid much mind in regards to whatever it is your group has been up to, but I'm assuming you know the repercussions should these coordinates mislead my soldiers. I will let you lean on past leverage, small as it may have been, in the event this deal is honored with no drawbacks.
The need for our warships is reoccurring, disclosing the generic Warcraft is quite simple to come by, however resources are not. What I am most interested in however is the data, have your personnel move to Leipzig station within the Dresden system. The data will be collected there by men under my direct command. Specified materials can be found below, the schematics for the ships will be installed on to either ship's mainframe which will in turn - be monitored by us remotely. What you do with the vessel is yours to decide, so long as it remains under your banner. Given the vessel is much more collective in design, there will be no need for Army personnel to maintain the ship. However, if you would require engineers to oversee it's usage in it's beginning days pending your own personnel learning to operate the vessel, that can be arrange as well. Distribution of the schematics will be prohibited, should you wish to acquire another vessel - contact the Army in advance.
Forward each of the deliveries in one message once you're finished. You will be given clearance to forward the materials to Wolfsberg shipyard within what you may know as the Omega-54 system. Enter the system via Dresden, vessels approaching from any other direction are greeted with hostility.
For everyone's sake should you do something that would otherwise damage the Army's reputation, records of this project will be kept under wraps. I expect the same on your end, assuming you're looking for a chance at a more embedded status with the Army that permits you.

The Army demands that this project remain in full anonymity, this includes every party involved. The usage of the schematics will be monitored remotely, efforts to replicate the model will be prohibited unless cleared by the S.O.A. prior - this fail safe is in place to ensure the blueprints and design of the vessels do not fall into any parties beyond yours.
Finally, the names you intend for the vessels to wear will be disclosed to the Army at once prior to the exchange so that they may be identified. Should they be renamed or remarked it would be in your best interest to notify us in order to avoid a situation of misplaced hostilities.
