As requested during our talks earlier, we have released logs of the incursion from Clan Kijima's Victor Kijima. The following debrief was given by Hakugyokurou to the Command Operations Directorate:

At 1446Z on June 16th, 825 AS, during communications between Clan Ando and Ouroboros, a Kijima Clan vessel, callsign "Victor Kijima" was reported entering extended radar range of the BDV Kirishima.

At 1349Z on June 16th, 825 AS, as a result of concerns pertaining to the security of diplomatic affairs from interference from other Blood Dragons clans, An emergency jump was instigated by the BDV Kirishima. Due to constraints on her jump drive, the Kirishima could not jump the ODS Mendicant Didact. Subsequently, left without her escort, the Mendicant Didact fled from the general area, heading north on the astronomical plane. Victor Kijima pursued.

At 1350Z on June 16th, 825 AS, ODS Mendicant Didact was brought under attack from Victor Kijima, who had 30 seconds before activated weapons radar, through multiple attempts to instigate electronic warfare against our cruise engines via a series of disruptor missile vollies. After several failed attempts, the Mendicant Didact's engines were disabled temporarily, and as a result of Hakugyokurou HVT Protection protocols, was required to bring our guns to bear on the aggressor, Victor Kijima. For the next six minutes, the Mendicant Didact had exchanged fire with Victor Kijima, resulting in minimal damage to the Mendicant Didact, as well as reported light damage to the aggressor's spacecraft.

At 1356Z on June 16th, 825 AS, Victor Kijima disabled his weapons radar and disengaged the Mendicant Didact, which had proceeded to flee to Tau-29.

At 1401Z on June 16th, 825 AS, ODS Mendicant Didact rendezvoused with BDV Kirishima outside the Tau-29 jumphole in Baffin, and returned into formation with the Didact's escort. Following this, the aggressor proceeded to flee the area.

I suggest you to educate your members to refrain from such blatant interferations in the future. This could actually bring them to being shot upon and disposed of, as the common sense recommends in such cases. Consider explaining to that filthy Gaijin where do the manners lie, and how do you apply them properly.
Oh, also, i thought you'd be interested in something. I have taken over Tau-44, whetever you like it or not. Please, refrain from poking your nose into my business. Otherwise - you and your assets shall be severally punished for misbehaving. However, if you are open for some logistics support - we are ready to provide you with the list and reward you appropriately for the deliveries.

It seems you were trying to hide something from the Blood Dragons the "filthy Gaijin" as you put it was doing his duty to his clan. I do not believe you understand what you have suggested. As it is well known that the power of the Kijima Clan is only rivalled by the Shogunate fleet. If you engage in any hostile activities towards any Blood Dragon we will mobilise a fleet to remove you and any relatives or descendants you may have. Some families do not deserve to be called Dragons and I suspect yours is smart enough to retract your statements in this communication.

Firstly - allow me to introduce myself, and apologise for possibly provided inconvenience. My name is Kurosaki Yoshino, and i am the Envoy of External Affairs of The Ando Clan. While we rather seek understanding with the other Clans above rivalry. Despite the fact that our views on achieving common goals differ radically, and The Shogun yet considers us unrecognized - I believe that this is possible. But - this will require effort from each side.
We are ready to put in those effort; however, we would like as well to see Kijima working towards the reaching of the consensus on that matter.

However, i would also like you to keep this in mind: Tau-44 is now our home; we shall not intentionally seek hostilities with any of the Clans, should we observe you blatantly offending our sovereignty and our space, spitting unnecessary threats - we shall not hold back and tolerate such behavior.

We are not asking for someone extensively complicated. Respect our right, reconsider your views and appoint us as any other Clan. The differences between us is merely an illusion.
Here's our sign of good will: once the contarct with Independent Miners Guild will be signed, and the supply of Ore from Tau-23 will be constant - we shall be providing Kijima Clan with the Ore with 50% discount. In exchange for a little effort put into the future of this collaboration. Should you express your interest in this - i will elaborate this further. But then - and only then we will enlighten you with the details of our offer. So, what would you say?

You seem far more reasonable than the previous person who messaged us .I am sure you are aware that the Shogunate recognises our claim to Tau 44 which should be all the information you need however I will give more in the interest of keeping the peace within the system. We have no interest in starting a war within the Blood Dragons. We have regular supply ships traveling to and from the system which you can expect to continue. It is worth noting that we have a considerable interest in the Crayter republic and Planet Borneo. If you do not interfere with our regular activities in the area then we have no issue you temporarily residing in the system. However if it comes to light that you are trying to hinder us in the region we will be forced to respond. Consider this a friendly warning from one Envoy to another.

Indeed, i might be slightly more reasonable compared to Akemi-san, but both of us have a stalwart stance on the status of Tau-44. It is our home now, whetever you like it or not. Under no means we are going to interfere with the operations of Kijima Clan within the system, as i am in solidarity with you: we need no civil strife between our Clans, as such, we shall maintain the stance of neutrality towards Kijima assets in Tau-44.
But i would indeed prefer you to keep in mind: this is our home now, and we are not going to allow anyone to exile us. Most likely - our stay will be permanent. As such - perhaps, we should look towards cooperation rather than rivalry.
