Greetings, I am Daniel Garvey, Minister of Defense of Crayter Republic and representative of the Republic.

It came to our desk that a small incident happened between a LSF Agent and a CR transport where the transport in question was assumed as "foreign military" and despite the normal procedure is escorting out of your borders from what i know, the transport captain was fined instead. I would like to inform you that despite the transponder emitter, it and all of our other transports, operated under civilian colors (Except Ares Logistics vessels) and posesses no threat to Republic of Liberty. Their escorts however drawn from policing duties and assigned to escort the transports per mission basis. Thus, we would like to get permission for our escorts to do their job despite their transponder emitters showing them as affiliated with Crayter Military. The escorts will not be bigger than Gunboat-Class and will obey your laws and will not cause any aggression with locals. Unless some Rogues or some Gallics shows up of course. As well as we would like to get permission for Ares Logistics ships to enter Liberty Space.

=CR=53rd-Name (Research Squadron)
