Guten tag, fraulein Meng.
First of all, I'd like to congratulate you with recent promotion. Become a Major is a formidable feat on its own, especially for someone of non-Rheinlandic origin.
But, to more pressing concerns. I imagine you were mostly blind to Oberkommando intrigues before, unfortunately you can no longer remain so, more than that, you're expected to participate. I invite you to join me on board of Yggdrasil to discuss few topics which can only be discussed by Oberkommandos tet-a-tet and maybe to offer you a couple advices on how you should wield your newfound power to maximize benefit for Volksrevolution and yourself.

Director,
I humbly accept your invitation and I wish to thank you for your kind words on my new promotion. It would be an honor and privilege to come aboard the famed Yggdrasil. When would you like me to depart Dresden?

Permission granted.
It's good to see that you've finally arrived, fraulein Meng.
I'll be waiting for you in my quarters, you have a lot of questions, probably, but first I need you to focus on this one. How many members of Oberkommando do you think are loyal to Generalmajor? And how many are secretly plotting to tear the Army apart for petty personal gain?

Director,
That is a very tough question, one I think I won't be able to accurately answer. everyone has their own personal goals when striving for a higher position within any organization. My reasoning was to benefit not only the hessen's but the coalition as well. Being born on a coalition base I know first hand how important the hessen and coalition relationship is. I personally want our relationship with the coalition to grow and prosper and I beilive they can be of use for the Volksrevolution. However If there is someone you suspect of high treason then we should weed them out and make them suffer. Loyalty to the Generalmajor needs to be absolute. For example should it come down to the hessen survival or the coalition I would ensure our survival first and foremost.

That was a good answer. As good as I could've hoped for.
But you see, it's my current job to suspect everyone. And... questionable actions of most members of Oberkommando during Generalmajor's absense do not help with suspicion. As much as would've liked to interrogate every single one of them and weed them out, it's simply impossible. Unfortunately, the Army is weaker than it seems, we haven't yet fully recovered and internal strife wouldn't help. Rats would leave the ship the moment they suspect I've discovered them and would take some of our assets with them. Generalmajor delegated much power to Brigadegenerals. Way too much, if you'd ask me. And some of the people are already loyal first to their Brigadegeneral and only then to the Generalmajor with Volksrevolution being something like Valhalla's Hall to our ancestors.
You may help me solve this problem, though. We'll get to it later.

Director,
honestly, with me just being promoted to Major I don't think I have the knowledge on why the Generalmajor decided to give the brigadegenerals as much power as they have. However with that being said it is not my place to question how much power the Generalmajor delegates to us. If you will forgive me I was not present during the incident in which we lost some of our power per se, if you're allowed to I would like to inquire on what happened. Also if I may note, an internal strife is possible should you start interrogating people but if you do it quietly I don't think it would be a huge problem.
