The cargo arrived early hours this morning and was delivered by APMs "Jackie Chuck" via the Majesty. Technology & Grants Bretonian Armed Forces are being invoiced for $15,000,000 credits which will cover the full cost of the requesting investigation modules, their tax, insurance, and delivery. Core APM| would like express their interest in furthering the working relationship between our organisations. If you are at liberty to discuss I am very keen to find out what you require these investigation modules for and to understand the larger scope of your project.
This cargo manifest should serve as proof of delivery: ■
And here is your Invoice, please have this paid within 7 days: ■
With that business concluded Core APM| are interested in obtaining a N-BEW Licence from your government. We have included 50 units of APMs Hazardous Material Containers. These systems are APM| Standard and are always used when transferring Nomad Materials but will ultimately provide full client safety in most situations where hazardous materials need to be contained and transported. Please feel free to test these to their capacity we are confident in their high quality. If you are particularly impressed by their quality we would appreciate your recommendation during our application process.
Kind Regards, -John .B Garcia

Good day, Mr. Garcia.
At the moment I am not in liberty to discuss to what end these materials are being specifically used for. You understand that the Research and Development of the military of a House cannot, in any way, disclose such information to third parties. If anything of note is developed and the Admiralty Board sees fit, such knowledge will be made available to the parties of their choosing. As for the scope of the projects, it is quite simple.
In depth development of new technology that can assist the Bretonian Armed Forces and the House of Bretonia in their day to day challenges. Be it propulsion, weapons, vessels, scanners, neutrino fission and so on. While such technology is available on the market from various sources, Bretonia cannot continue to stay on the second string of receivers of such. We have to develop our own in order to stay ahead.
As for.. whatever license that is, I suggest you forward your request to the Bretonian Police Authority for they are the ones that police and actively license such activities. I will however, in the spirit of cooperation, test the units you have sent me. At first sight, the titanium seals are an excellent choice. The security in itself is more than sufficient, but I am displeased however that no crio or flash-freeze technology is incorporated in them. The refrigeration is sub-optimal to transport such hazardous materials, but it can be quickly compensated in transport if you use sub-zero temperature bays. An in-depth study will be arranged within the next two weeks.
I will forward the invoice to the Bretonian Armed Forces and they will arrange the transmission of the credits to the selected account.
On a personal note, it is a pleasure to work with such professionals as yourself and your company, a praise I do not surrender easily. I look forward to our future endeavors.

I'm reaching out for a number of reasons, firstly to confirm that you are happy with the quality of cargo you received, secondly to inquire if your research team require any more units of our hardware. The chief reason for reaching out to you today is to take you up on your product feedback, we would like to implement flash freeze technology on our HMCs but Mustang Technologies lack the required expertise in this field.
I would like to invite you and/or your associates to the prestigious Invicta Research Complex. Should you accept, your time in Omicron Rho would be restricted to the complex comforts and amenities and any off station activity will need to be planned and escorted via Core| military vessels.
Kind Regards, -John .B Garcia

Mr. Garcia,
I have finished the study and delivered it to the University of Cambridge, study that will now become public knowledge. My team findings go in the same direction as I said, weeks ago, regarding your APM HMC units.
Physical security is of the highest regard as we executed tests on the units, those tests that involved all known ranges of radiation, electromagnetic pulses all along many others, completely nullifying them as well stress tests both from within as without. The value of 379,211.65 kilonewton per square meter of resistance is excellent and of note. For comparison sake, one of yours AP-609 "Mako" Core Battleship with its approximate mass going at full cruise speed exerts a hit with the force around 250,000 kilonewton per square meter.
However, as I mentioned, no refrigeration technology. As you well know, xeno-like materials are used to sub-zero temperatures, which in the HMC case may well constitute a security hazard. That is why, in the spirit of cooperation I am willing to travel to the IRC, alongside Dr. Hughes Radford and Dr. Milly Waterton, to aid you in that project. However, said cooperation can only last a wekk, since there are several projects here at the T&G that can't go on without my supervision. As we are part of the Bretonian Armed Forces R&D we also have to be accompanied at all times by a unit of Black Watch marines and an agent of the SIS for our protection as well as yours.
The Bretonia Armed Forces T&G Department does want to extend an invitation as well to the specialists of Mustang Technologies to visit the CRI in Cambridge where they can see first-hand our newest developments. They will be confined to the CRI quarters and main laboratory as well, secured by Bretonia's finest of the Armed Forces.
As for further issued invoices of products of the APM, I have to inquire what do you have more in terms of propulsion technology, since very little of it arrived in the last batch of Investigation modules. And I mean, all you have. Azurite fueled propulsion, fusion chambers, deuterium samples, engine designs, the works.

Thank you for your invitation, I will arrive in Cambridge within the next day or two. I will be escorted by Core| pilots who in turn will join our trip back out to the Omicrons. I'll have plenty to do in Cambridge so just let me know when you're ready to head off. As for APMs Propulsion technology we have a wide range of products and services ranging from out of the box solutions all the way to installation and servicing of larger capital class vessels. You will find most products readily available at Alabama shipyard, which unfortunately you won't be able to visit during your stay but you will find detailed holo-logs on Invicta. Should any products take your fancy during your visit we will, of course, have these held and shipped for you on your return.
I understand you bringing a sizeable entourage, will there be any vessels that require capital class docking facilities? we will also require ship identifiers for all vessels attending Invicta. As I'm sure you can imagine we keep security pretty tight out in the Omicrons.

Mr. Garcia,
After requesting the Armed Forces Admiralty, I'll be travelling with a team of eight Black Watch marines alongside an SIS senior agent and both Dr. Radford and Dr. Watterton. So one of our Clydesdale's, equipped with sensor distortion technology, is more than capable to do the journey to Rho without a glitch. Those beasts hold their own against practically everything thrown at them.
As for your arrival on Cambridge, I took the liberty of arranging you the necessary licences and proceed with the authorization request. I do need to know who will accompany you in your stay at CRI.

Perfect, I will be commanding the Core|APM-Cognitionis and will await in Cambridge until you are ready to proceed to Rho.

Mr. Garcia,
The authorities have been contacted and we are now awaiting for your arrival. As I said previously, the main lab and the civilian sector is open to you and yours. There is a liaison officer from the Armed Forces and its security team awaiting for you. After your arrival, I will give you the tour so you can see a good bit of what are we doing here. Afterwards, we will be ready to depart to Invicta.
Without anything else to add,

Thank you for making those preparations for our arrival The Core|APM-Cognitionis my crew and three Core| escorts have arrived safely. ■ Our trip was relatively peaceful despite coming into a large force of Gaian snubcraft who appeared to be very amicable and proved to be no issue. The Amenities provided are superb, I'll make the most of it whilst I am planetside, just drop me a line when you are ready to head off.
