Many acquaintances and allies of the Volksrevolution movement seem to be jumping on this train for their benefit as much as yours. There will be several conditions, but I won't lay out a tray of benefits without knowing you carry enough weight behind your words to ensure that should this go through - the Volksrevolution won't be treated with hostilities following your approval of the conditions laid out.

It would depend on what you would offer in return, Bretonians, as I am sure you are aware, do not make promises they cannot keep. I assure you that should we agree not to engage one another, it will be upheld to the highest degree possible. I trust your people will operate to the same standard.

The interested parties are members within HM Government, and to a certain extent, the Armed Forces as well as the University of Cambridge, but the boffins have reasons very different to the rest of Bretonia I suspect. The Government is willing to at least listen, I cannot categorically state whether they will agree or not, but for now, let us hear these terms of yours.

The Volksrevolution has no reason to engage in an active conflict with Bretonia so long as it's cooperation with Daumann Heavy construction and Kruger minerals is reduced to a minimum, and so long as I say so. Operations within the Omegas work against the common Rheinlander, and only work in benefit to the Corporations themselves. Agents of Kusari - even Gallia have been seen entering and exiting Rheinland on occasion. Providing for greed, providing for them, will never completely leave you on much greater terms than that of a ceasefire. More importantly, it will work against the Volk.

Despite what I believe I'm not stupid enough to sleep on the notion of you ceasing all cooperation with Rheinland and it's agents. Under normal circumstances I'd oppose this, but fortunately for your people I'm willing to make a compromise.

The Red Hessian Army will continuously target individuals within Daumann Heavy construction and Kruger minerals, the Red Hessian Army will not target individuals affiliated with the Bretonian Armed Forces or its agents in the event the following condition is met.

The value of the prized "Blood Diamonds" will soon surge in correspondence with the destruction of what you know as the "Omega-11" system. The Army is looking to expand it's reach with the commodity, along with docking rights to your installations. The Army would like to distribute the resource within the scope of what your laws allow, surely parties within the Government can see how that would benefit it along with the Volksrevolution. This is key Director, if this condition is not met - no relations will be established, and your vessels traversing the Omega territories will be treated in respect to what they are.

Docking rights and trade with your people requires further discussion and assessment that only time can provide, but we are not totally opposed to this and the corporate representatives in the Government argue that the financial gain is, if nothing else, worth considering. I can also add that, should this agreement go through, HM SIS would be willing, unofficially of course, to provide your organisation with funding, for operations that harm our mutual enemies.

However, the most lucrative and most beneficial to both are parties that will otherwise enable military action against the Cretan Empire is the distribution of the Blood diamonds.
