SUBJECT: State of war between Rheinland and Kusari

This is public announcement of the Rheinland Government to all individuals and organizations as well as to all law enforcing authorities:

Based on the announced decision of the kanzlerin Luisa Neumann and the Rheinland government, The Bundesrepublik Rheinland is now at the state of war with The Kusari Empire. All military and intelligence forces of the Kusari are hereby declared as enemy of the state under the Article Five of the Rheinland laws. This means that all members of these organizations are to be arrested or eliminated when found in the space of the Bundesrepublik or in the war zone consisting of Sigma systems.

Also, until further notice export of following commodities to Kusari is no longer allowed:

Ablative Armor Plating
APM Advanced Hardware
Armaments
Azurite Gas
DT Fuel
Light Arms
Military Vehicles
Munitions
Nuclear Devices
Plutonium
Side Arms

Any ship which does not belong to the Rheinland law enforcement which will be found with any of this cargo heading towards Sigma systems, mainly in Frankfurt or Munich, is to be asked to turn around and return the cargo to the port of origin. Ships which will not comply may be destroyed.

Trading ships of Kusari corporations, companies or business individuals are not to be treated as combat targets in the Rheinland space at this moment. Same applies to the Sigmas war zone except the situation when they are spotted or reasonably suspected of assisting or supporting any enemy forces.

SUBJECT: Information update regarding law changes related to the state of war between Rheinland and Kusari

This is public announcement of the Rheinland Government to all individuals and organizations as well as to all law enforcing authorities:

As a reaction to the measures taken by the Government of The Kusari Empire against the The Bundesrepublik Rheinland, its law enforcement forces and corporations, the Rheinland Government and the Bundestag approved following law changes:

Kusari State Police is added to the list of enemies of the state under the Article Five of the Rheinland laws. This means that all members of this organization are to be arrested or eliminated when found in the space of the Bundesrepublik or in the war zone consisting of Sigma systems.

Also, all ships registered under IDs of the Hogosha, the Kishiro Technologies and the Samura Heavy Industries are hereby banned from the Bundesrepublik. If mentioned ships are found inside Rheinland space or Sigmas war zone, they are to be stopped, their cargo confiscated and then will be escorted out of the mentioned territories. Ships which will not comply are to be destroyed.

Traders found heading towards Kusari in Frankfurt, Munich or Sigma systems with forbidden cargo will be ordered to turn back to Rheinland or to drop cargo according to circumstances, and also may be fined up to 5.000.000 SC fine. Ships which will not comply or will be found violating the trade embargo repeatedly may be destroyed.

Supplies of materials restricted by trade embargo may be delivered to Rheinland forces in the Sigmas war zone by themselves or by ships of the Rheinland corporations. Every corporate supply ship or convoy must be escorted by at least one ship which belongs to the Rheinland law enforcement organizations.

As a closing remark, we would like to remind everyone that the Rheinland laws declare whole Thuringia system, sectors A-B 4-5 and entire area of the Westerwald nebula in the Frankfurt system, and sectors G-H 2-4 in the Hamburg system as restricted area. We would like to emphasize that unauthorized entry of restricted space is considered as serious crime which is punishable by fine up to 25.000.000 SC, imprisonment or death sentence according to circumstances.
