Citizens of the Sirius and Kusari,

With the heavy heart I speak to you right now, while we still mourn the losses of our engineers on board of the Ibusuki and Unzen Rheinland aggressors make false statements and declare war on our honorable House.

Do not be fooled by the misleading words from the Rheinland government, first shots were done by them targeting the civilian installations, not military targets. Our brave Naval forces moved into Sigma-21 only to protect its citizens.
