My name is Zoey Perkins, Agent of the ONS and I have the very pleasant honor to congratulate to the passed application, I hope this is the start for a good career within the ONS for you. Now, what am I doing here, we at the ONS have the tradition of personally informing our applicants about their accepted applications and giving them a bit of personal insight on the institution you're about to work for, each and every Agent who is permitted to do that, has their very own style of introducing the ONS, consider it a bit of free space for our creative minds.
The ONS was the unwanted little brother of the other LSF agencies for quite some time, due to its... let's say lack of necessity. That disadvantaged sorted itself out a bit in the recent years but we are sadly still a rather underfunded agency, our LSF bureaucracy is lacking the willing government donors, we'll fix that at some point for sure, though. The reason we are still around is not the money we're getting but the skills we are teaching our AIT's, a.k.a. people like you. ONS agents enjoy a special training procedure that we believe is so far unmatched by the other LSF agencies, don't take that for granted, though. And don't worry, we are a small agency and the funding we get is limited but believe me, do a good job and you'll get that summer house on Curacao. Now to the not-so-enjoyable part. The ONS doctrine demands that every applicant proves that they are not only smart in a theoretical way, we also want you to show your practical abilities.
Luckily, one of our people thought about this simple yet perfect idea to test a practical ability that cannot be done in space, we'll evaluate the rest there. You're a legal science bachelor graduate? Good, I guess this won't be a problem at all for you then, headstart for you. We have put together an encrypted message[1] for you that I want you to decrypt on your own and report its content to the ONS message relay[2], good luck!

Congratulations, the message you redirected to the relay has been correctly decrypted, seems like you still know some things from your times as a student. Well then, it's time for you to get the necessary tools of an ONS agent, here is the necessary access information that you will use in the future.
Your ID Number: #901437 Your ID Codename: 'Sunbonnet'
Of course you're not allowed to publish this information. You will be equipped with the correct transponders and we're going to look after you so you can quickly get out of the AIT phase. Good luck out there, pilot.
