We've just done a quick work around on every single departments resources and vessels and it seems that quite a number of them are under par. While the maintenance of our limited capital fleet is exceptional as usual. More teams are being put into duty on naval operations due to the conflict and U-boat's are starting to come out of storage, although some we've reinstated into service and recalled that have exceeded a 4-5 year service date since first deployment have a few problems. We found that of our 103 U-boats (90 active, 13 in storage.) 33 of them are below service standards recently set in place for war-protocols.
As for now, I'm issuing an extended order of new Oder class U-boat vessels, replacement parts, weapon systems and crew essentials. The requisition manifest listed follows:
These items will be collected from Oder shipyard's production line by Buro agents after inspection by agency assigned specialists, as such do not require a visual Manifest:

x650 RGT-38a "Vierling" Gunboat Defence turrets
x120 Replacement Integrated computer systems
These items are to be delivered to Mainz Storage Facility, please provide a visual manifest for their delivery:
x5,000 Ballistic-based side arms
x40,000 Thorium-Mox fuel supplies.

Direktor Enfield,
It's great to hear from our Büro partners!
I have reviewed your order and it's nothing the Oder cannot handle.
While I have the fullest confidence in your specialists, I would advise the Büro to schedule thorough maintenance and diagnostic checks with Oder Shipyard so that these assets can perform in optimal shape, no matter...
Below you will find the Requisition document. What you'll need to do now is have it signed so that we can finalize this order:
Once signed, it will be assigned priority. You may request status updates from Oder Shipyard liaison office directly regarding this order.
Now regarding your other order:
Mainz Storage Facility receives what you have asked for with the exception of various classes of munitions, almost everyday as it is one of our distribution points in Frankfurt. Your order will be marked and held in our designated warehouse for pick up as they come in. Visual manifests will of course be provided.
Munitions are an special order item. Your initial quote, including freight and handling for the specified quantity is 230,000,000 cr.
We expect to have this 2nd part of your order completed by end of the coming week.
Please have the order document signed and copied so that we can get started right away.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

I appreciate the consideration for the assistance in servicing our vessels for the foreseeable future. I assure you that due to acts of secrecy and state safety that our agency vessels will be maintained by us. Please not that for the combat vessels and weapon systems, Daumann Heavy Construction will receive payments from the Republik's treasury under title of the "Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts - Externes Rechnungswesen", you shall find the requisition form signed and dated below, we'll archive a copy for federal expenses.
Payment of the latter goods will come directly from the Logistics fund of the Buro, we hope the supporting role that Daumann provide for the Military will also be extended for the federal Agency. We have a conflict to win.

Direktor Enfield,
I would like to inform you that the requested goods were delivered to the specified bays aboard Mainz Storage Facility.
I am attaching a copy of logistics' reports for your records. Please see below:
Excellent, you'll find that we've directly paid this into the requested account. I guess DHC's efforts might be needed in the future, especially over your competitors.
I'd also like to enquire when we'd be receiving our first batch order of Oder Gunships, we're looking at several crew transfers once they arrive and the reformation of the MND federal flotilla. Our teams are on stand-by to pick them up from the RIng shipyards as soon as they're ready.

Direktor Geoff Enfield

You've certainly proved your worth on your reliable services when delivering the resources we need, lets just hope you keep that standard to our liking. We're hoping to obtain a set list of resources for an operation we have at hand. Obviously details are need to know but right now the work we have set out for them classes it as high priority. If these could be delivered as soon as possible to Mainz Storage Facility, you might see another order placed within the hands of Daumann rather than its competitors.
The supply requisition as listed:
2,000 Titanium
500 Energy Field Manipulators
4,000 High Temperature alloy
1,000 Magnetic Superconductors
1,000 Cryocubes
2,000 Heatsinks
1,000 Tungsten
15,000 DT-Fuel
Provide a quote for this, we'll authorise the delivery and pay immediately upon its arrival, we're not looking for delays or gimmicks right now so ensure none happen.

Direktor Geoff Enfield

Guten Tag,
We have reviewed the supplies you have requested and have ran it by our logistics and shipping departments. After looking through some of the permits we carry and what we are legally allowed to transport through Rheinland space, we are able to easily deliver all but the Cryocubes and DT-Fuel, both of these are carried by other firms in Rheinland space. We recommend you contact these first parties to recieve these deliveries as soon as possible. However given time we could navigate the red tape and get these goods too you at a slight up charge. For everything but the Cyrocubes and DT-Fuel we would be look at around 35 Million credits for everything. If you need any more information or have any questions feel free to contact me directly!
Mit freundlichen Grüßen

A slight disappointment about the issues with the DT-Fuel and Cryo-cubes. Although we're at least sufficiently pleased to hear about the availability of you delivering the raw materials we need. As for now, since we need these materials as fast as possible, we're willing to write off a few discrepancies among the latest transactions DHC have made.
Get this shipment done as fast as possible, and we'll potentially see an un-taxed bonus added.

Guten Tag,
The requested materials have been delivered, as have the materials been delivered by our third party contractor. You may wire the 35,000,000 to DHC-Bank.02. Proof of all deliveries is attatched in this message. We have granted you access to internal communications for the delivery reports in question, any further questions may be directed here.
Gut, Gut. We can now resume our own progress and we've also to thank you with dealing the contract negotiation with your external parties.
You'll find you've earning yourself a favour, I'll contact our financial departments to oversee some transactions go... Unnoticed. That should ensure that your financial status, especially in times of conflict are kept within acceptable margins. Not like your shareholders would notice with the higher output due to war-scenarios.
You've done well, I suggest you keep up this efficiency.
