The camera feed flickers to life to show Annora, seemingly holding the camera in her hand.

I have met with Mr. Harrington of Golden Oak Tours, and we've had our discussion of exactly what he had in mind. I took the liberty of recording the conversation; the logs are attached to this message.

He agreed to the proposed terms, but has shared some other intended plans of his. I would like to hear what the rest of the Guard has to say about his proposals. I didn't feel comfortable committing to our agreement with him without hearing the word of some of the rest of my colleagues.

Do we even know who he is? Who he works for? And how is this charity work - which could just be an OSC scam - any better than what we have to offer? Where and how did he get the amount of money he claims to have, to think he's clear cut above the rozzers, who did he dissect to do it or for how long has he been untreated for the clinical insanity he clings with both hands while having the guts to come and-

Well. Those are several too many questions unanswered for my liking.

Good afternoon, lassie.

I'm not sure if my input is of any help or importance on this matter nor am I specialist on Gaian Wildlife. I wasn't even aware this man had contacted The Guard, to tell you the truth. That being said, I went through the logs you sent of your conversation with him and thought I might as well state my opinion.

My first concern is if he has already gotten a license from the government to do this. From what I understood, he plans on making something akin to a zoo on his liner with wildlife from Gaia. Before we can even consider his offer, he'll need to be able to convince the police to give him that license and, if they ask, he may have to try to explain where he got the wildlife.

Regarding the research you two talked about, I personally don't see a problem as long as it is supervised by someone from The Guard or, at the very least, the Cambridge Research Institute to keep it in check. The only problem I could see come from this would be if we had to spare too many people, as he did mention there would be more than one liner for this and, if he were to be successful, he may even expand it to larger facilities.

Another of my impressions is that he sounds like a bit of a dreamer. To put it bluntly, I don't see how making an attraction of Gaia's wildlife would get us any help from Bretonia or anyone else. If it was that simple, I think we'd have thought of something like that already .Not to mention that we already have an understanding with the armed forces regarding Gallia. This would certainly not warrant us any extra sympathy from them nor do I think the Bretonia Police Agency would forget about our past crimes when this is all over.

Despite everything I've mentioned, like Jacob said, it comes down to what the Warden and the Sentinels decide upon.
