Good day, Crayter Admirality

I am Captain Steve Longstar of Bretonian Royal Fleet, currently commanding H.M.S. Spartiate.

I am certain some of you, especially Admiral Richard and Admiral Henn remembers me. I was integrated into Crayter's command structure for a short time. Now, what i seek is prototype weaponary of sorts. Namely Advanced EMP Flaks. I believe Admiral Richard has the blueprints somewhere and probably shared with rest of you. I believe you can assist me in my search of bettering Spartiate's combat capabilities. Plus, if you have those guns, as you know how to install them, i would like to moor at Sabah Shipyard, in case of there is no objections.
