I am glad that your relocation from Kepler was succesful. While we did not interact prior, the circumstances in which your base came under attack caused some upheals.

The Order will recognize your installation as legal in view of the Protectorate even if via technicalities it does not exactly lay within space administrated by Overwatch. We will schedule a visitation near the end of the week and pressume we will make customs in subcontracting some of advanced equipment that Zoners have capability to build on their own.
