Today we experienced a very strange situation in Chugoku, while you have access to the area it was quite a shock to see the cruiser marked as "|O|-CV-Kebechet" attempting to purchase cruiser turrets. Naturally we turned them away as I assume it was not a sanctioned journey otherwise we would have been notified by yourself. The vessel in question belongs to a group that is separate from the primary fleet, and as such I am not fully up to speed regarding their goals or means, as they have yet to publicly share this information with our fleet as of yet. I inquired with Dr Callahan about this specific section of the Order fleet, and I patched in the specific transmission, just the explanation one, into the attachments for you to read. It's one hell of a lot easier than explaining it in my own words. As you will find, he also apologised for the infraction, and that the pilot in question will be reprimanded for his missteps.
