It have been a while since i have used these frequencies. However, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Tanya von Falkenberg, former Oberst of Die Weibe Rose.
I understand the confusion you apparently getting as you are viewing this transmission, but i will clarify my intentions: The Munich Disaster.

Four months ago I, accompanied by Albert Weiss, have thoroughly investigated the Munich system on a vessel we've constructed specifically for the purpose of dealing with the consequences of the Munich Disaster, and thus have made two crucial discoveries.
The points from where the Storm have erupted after the failed experiment, and at which it might be collapsed - or contained, at least.
Should you be willing to assist us further on this case - I will provide you with further information on our plan - if Albert will give you the green light, I assume you have got in touch with him at this point.
