I'm sending you this message today to report about a Freelancer group called +Orion+. I met them yesterday in O-Alpha and they opened fire at all outcasts out there. I'm not sure about their plans or whom they are working for but I guess it's good to keep an eye on them or do whatever it needs to deal with them.

The situation is being looked into, and possible avenues of retaliation or response are being considered.
