Hello, Herr Goeben. I apologize for not reaching out sooner, but I have had quite a lot to deal with lately.
I am following up with you about our conversation we had, regarding our mutual research interests, and I am curious to know if you would like to participate in a collaborative project with me. It will, of course, be quite dangerous, but I feel that with two, rather than one, we are more likely to have success...and I would certainly like your knowledge and experience on board.
If you are interested, then I propose a meeting on Freeport 9 to discuss this in further detail--or, if this location is infeasible, then another of your choice. Please let me know--I am excited to hear if this has any appeal to you.
Thank you for your time, and I do hope to see you again soon.

Good day, Miss Cenncroithi.
Before we start, I'd like to apologize for taking so long. A business trip to Planet Hamburg consumed my time.
But with that off the list, I gladly accept your offer for a cooperative project.
The nature of your field of science is indeed tempting to study, and I've dreamed a long time about following my old...interest...again. Working together with another expert could result in fascinating outcomes, too! Two minds are better than one.
Freeport 9 works for me. Though I still have to visit my family...it's harvesting season, and they need every hand on Planet Stuttgart. With this, and some more time for preparations, I reckon we can meet in four day at the Freeport. If we need to clarify details, please feel free to contact me via a personal channel.
Sincerely,
Hans von Goeben

Herr Goeben, it's wonderful to hear from you once more.
A meeting at Freeport 9 in four days, then. I am glad to hear that you wish to undertake this mission with me on such short notice, given your busy schedule. I recommend bringing a craft that will survive well in the hostile environments of the edge worlds, and your research equipment, including the most powerful scanners that you have. I shall be there with Harvest Moon.
I hope that you have a pleasant time on Stuttgart, Herr Goeben, and I look forward to our meeting.
