Sporadic hostilities with Zoners, Malta, Kusari, Liberty, Rheinland, Bretonia.
Notes: Golanski's increasing belligerence has fuelled speculation that he may be infested. While this seems unlikely, he is still playing into the Nomads' hands (tentacles?) by constantly undermining The Order's legitimacy in Sirius.
NO Disposition: Terrorist threats against the Zoners (see file: OIC-Blackwatch) have rendered any diplomatic contact with the Overwatch unlikely at best.

What's attached above is only a fraction of the crimes recently committed by The Order. There's further operations in pursuit of their corruption and in response to their hostilities and threats of violence.
There is a deeply rooted hatred within our ranks directed towards their organization, and their actions have done them no favors on the matter. They're crumbling, bit by bit. Small rebel groups seeking to overthrow the self-proclaimed Grand Admiral have slowly been popping up over the last couple of months, one of which has been somewhat supported by us until being released on their own under Taskforce Providence, which openly called out the actions of The Order.

Notes: A more idealistic cell of The Order that focuses entirely on their core mission of working against the Nomads. Contact has been limited, but promising. We will continue to monitor the situation.
NO Disposition: Limited business has already been done; they have purchased cryo organisms from us for the purpose of anti-Nomad weapon research. Thus far, we have seen no reason to cut contact.

Notes: No longer affiliated with The Order, severed ties due to Grand Admiral Golanski's actions. Had some contact with Natio Octavarium during their undercover days. Favored a minimum-force approach, engaging in violence only when necessary. If Legacy of Orillion continues to gain influence, Eighth Arcanum may return to the fold; until then, they will be a useful asset.
