A wonder that you finally decided to file your evidence, since your extortion attempt was met with pushback. You will be speaking with me, now. Baron Ashbury, Esquire.

Our internal investigation has concluded and, from this situation, we deem it prudent to file an official complaint against the captain of the =LSF= in question for undue brutality, slander and extortion.

The =LSF= captain in question neglected to do one key thing during this encounter. That thing is simple. Communicate. Our pilot, [tCS]Wrath, had spilled his coffee in the cockpit after becoming excited about a potential contract. Two cruise disruptors were fired in the confusion, as the black box indicates. Yet what is cruise disruption? It is a less-than-lethal, delaying projectile. The charge would be obstructing the course of justice, not actively aiding and abetting an Outcast warship in Liberty space. Our pilot did not shoot, at all.

If this =LSF= captain in question had even ATTEMPTED to communicate before opening fire on [tCS]Wrath, he would have learned the misunderstanding. Perhaps it would still have resulted in an arrest, but no attempt to arrest was made. No demands were made verbally, only the demand to die coming from his ships cannons. The demand to die for an accidental, non-violent crime.

As if demanding death, were not enough, you now come to us. You come to us, attempting to extort 20'000'000 credits from our company. We are good sports in the greater game, and we will offer you a settlement. You will send 20'000'000 credits to [tCS]Wrath within 48 hours or we will be filing a suit against the captain in question and the =LSF= for allowing this egregious micarriage of justice to happen.

"[25.09.2018 16:48:14] [tCS]Wrath: LSF has a bounty on their heads." So, we have him being excited about a potential Bounty Hunting contract against a Liberty Security Force Ship, Firing two cruise Distruptors to allow the Storta to escape or damage my Missiles that could have cost me my life. There is no more arguing, you lost this debate days ago. Forward the payment of 20 Million Sirian Credits to =LSF=Ft.Campbell or the next time you are seen in Liberty there will be consequences.

I am so pleased that you decided to attempt to use my words against me. Yet as I explained to you prior, junior agent, I am not an amateur.

If you deign to approach the bounty claiming aspect, I will direct you to a few things you have clearly overlooked.

Number one, being excited about or having potential intent to claim a bounty is not a crime under Liberty Law.

Number two, the Storta was not in a position to escape at a distance of 751 meters from you while being actively engaged.

Number three, your munitions were at a far enough distance that detonation were not possible and, even if it were, the only vessel that would be harmed would be an enemy of Liberty. Let's pretend that they did detonate at that distance accidentally. The damage would be minimal, and the vessel was at full shields. From our company report, the Outcast was destroyed overwhelmingly. At least there is something the =LSF= can do correctly.

Number four, due to the previous statements, there is no potential for a bounty to be claimed. No shots were fired from our vessel, no contract given. No shots were fired in self defense, even. No harm to your vessel as a result of actions, accidental or otherwise, was possible. There is no case for a bounty claim with any of our potential employers.

What we have here is the same as we had previously established. A trigger-happy captain that made no attempt to arrest nor communicate with a non-violent suspect. An amateur attempting to extort an obscene amount of credits for an accidental munitions discharge that resulted in no damages nor consequences. This is no debate, agent. I have yet to be challenged. You are still receiving my professional courtesy as the time I spent as a prosecutor, yet that will wear off as this drags on.

If you desire, we may inform the insurance company that insured the ACROBATIC of our little suit here, and they may seek damages against you for the partial damage to the EXTREMELY valuable equipment.

You now have 40 hours to forward payment previously discussed to [tCS]Wrath
