Guten Abend,
I don't usually agree to shady deals over communiques with anonymous neural-net IDs but you really got me curious back there. You seem to know a lot about me, but given your line of work, I doubt I'll get to know much about you (you're free to prove me wrong). Anyways, you hinted there might be a chance we could be useful to each other. I've played my pawn, your turn, Vi. Don't keep me waiting for too long!
Gut, you're still interested it seems. Having someone with your reputation and more importantly - your position to work with is very appreciated. I can use my position to make my case in favor of the Legion Maltesa when it inevitably crosses the Buro's desk. You're patriotic, I respect that, but others with power in Malta may not. However, as history has shown in the past - patriotism often wins over its non-patriotic counter parts.
What I really need information on, is the Order. Anything in regards to their movements in the Omicrons or closer to the Sigma systems, I'm unaware of how things are between you and them but that's besides the point. In return for this, there is a decently sized scope of sources, information, and otherwise "help" I could provide on my own.

Guten Abend,
You are in luck, Vi. Golanski's forces have broken the truce with the Maltese Nation not too long ago and went into a reckless offensive against our homeworld of Omicron Alpha. As such, the bulk of their forces have been focused around Omicron Epsilon. Their choices of allies in this war have been interesting as well. From Corsairs in exile all the way to the communist plague of Omega-52. Most likely they are also giving their allies safe harbor in Epsilon or Mu as I doubt 'Hurricane' class Coalition warships would just fly all the way to Alpha without a nearby point of R&R - the Omegas are a long way, after all.
Though their forces do not concern me much, Vi. Malta has survived much worse in the face of the Corsair Empire and Golanski's attempt to scare us into submission would hardly work either. When we were in a Non-Aggression Pact, the Order had it's uses - they kept an eye on certain elements that tried to radicalize certain views about the aliens of the Edge Worlds. With the pact gone and an all-out war declared those very same troublesome individuals have the perfect opportunity to popularize those very same views, "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" and all.
While the Order is easy to pinpoint and tackle, those 'emissaries' are not - they often try to hide behind the laws and customs of our nation. For the Legion to fanatically hunt them down now would be political suicide for our ideas, but we also can not afford to let them be. So this is where you can come in, Vi - I'll gladly help you with the Order, but I need someone to scratch my back as well, so to say. Plus, I doubt the Bureau is interested in returning to the times of the Crimson Cross either, correct?
The National council seems to be one money-hungry deal from the Crimson Cross. Information is what I put up front, but as I said before - there's an allowed scope of other information I can provide.

Frau Vi,
Any information that could put groups such as the 'Commune' or the 'Oracles' in a bad light before Malta would be welcome. Dealings with enemies of Malta, hostility against our allies, things like that.
This will take some time but I'm certain there's definitely a way. The communes collaboration with the nomads has occurred rarely within the scope of the Buro's major influence. That being said, I can do more on my own.

Guten Abend Vi,
It's been a while since I've last heard of you. We should give Gamma a visit again sometime. Listen, I hope you haven't conveniently forgotten about me as there's some other subject I'd love to get some information on, if dirt on the Oracles and Commune is hard to find:
It's regarding Rheinland's cooperation with the Gallic crown. I've noticed the construction of what looks like a Gallic jumpgate in the Sigma-15 system. Given our Nacion's hostility with the Gauls, I would find it very handy to know the extend of Gallic presence and cooperation with the house of Rheinland in the Sigma regions. This is all to avoid stepping on any toes and ruining any diplomacy our two respective nations have achieved thus far. I hope the subject I'm inquiring isn't too touchy, or is it, Vi?
With the way the wind is blowing with Ageria I think it's only a matter of time before EFL woluld have reworked the entire trade network in Rheinland. As it stands Liberty holds much friction with Rheinland, and Gallia is in need of - and has quite a deep pocket for the Bundestag and it's "parts". I can't be certain, Eliza, but I'd begin to assume that this is only the first stroke of paint in a much larger portrait. I have no idea how this will effect relations with the Maltese Nacion, I will keep you informed as I can.
I've been out of touch for some time given the recent inter-house drama occurring in Omega-3 and the warfront advancing in the Sigmas. I believe my introduction is overdue, I am Kommissar Katharina Laurenz of the Buro. "Viper" being my alias for operations out of state, I trust at this point that there is some mutual respect and hopefully as well - cooperation.
Cooperation is exactly why I need to reach out to you at this time. My superiors have set me on a task to modify and harness new weaponry, I am not permitted to share the details of this unfortunately. That being said the Maltese people possess a weapon that I am most fond of and would like to examine for myself.
I'd like to request a set of three "Kraken Type 2" Particle weapons from either you or the legion respectively. The weapons will not leave my sight and in turn the Buro either, nor will any specifications on the weapons or the finalized modifications to the weapons be disclosed to anyone besides myself and the Direktor of the Buro. I'm well aware these come at a price, while I've been ill-equipped to provide information about the Oracles, if there is anything else that might better serve as a "payment" for these - please make your case and I will see what I can make of it.
From,
Kommissar Kat Laurenz

Kommissar Laurenz,
These weapons you are requesting are part of the top achievements in Maltese engineering when it comes to fighter weaponry. Years of blood, sweat and tears were put on the drawing board and the field to reach the pinnacle of deadly craftsmanship that the Type 2 series now possess. You must understand that we are wary when handing those to outsiders, even friends and allies.
While relations between our two nations have been warming up ever since the ceasefire of last year, I'm worried that not all in the high echelons of Rheinland would look for long and lasting peace between us and as such I can't simply hand you our weapons to tinker with without any concerns. The Bundesrepublik's cooperation with Gallic corporations, while perfectly natural, is something that does concern me in the long run. If EFL does end up replacing Ageira, how much of a lobby would they be able to establish to leverage Gallic interests against the Nación of Malta?
The other lobby that would concern me is the one of people pushing ALG interests. Within the Tau space which Malta considers it's sovereignty, ALG pilots have often protected the Independent Miners Guild against our pilots. They have also worked against Maltese interests in the Omicrons on certain occasions and I'm fairly certain that of all Rheinland megacorporations they would be the first to try and void any peace we have established thus far.
The Rheinwehr's success in it's campaign against Kusari and the invasion of Honshu is something that while deserving a sincere congratulations does bring some worry to the back of my mind. The closer our borders become, the more I fear any friction being used as an initiative to break the newfound truce and to resume hostilities. So before I arrange this delivery of weapons to the Bureau, I would first want to know what those in the position of power within the Rheinland government really think of Malta. We would need some assurance that any lobby against the peace with Malta would be met with opposition before we hand over our military technology to be reverse engineered and potentially be used against us in the long run.
