Locklear.
Without notice, or any official documentation or announcement to the Inner Phalanx, our trade and access was revoked from Commonwealth Space and I was just threatened with death for non compliance. Us - in the Inner Phalanx, have heard nothing. Your people say Leviathan was involved with this.
[Comm-ID]:Samuel Locklear, Lord Commander, Hellfire Legion [Recipient-ID]:Sapphire Raven, Keeper, Covenant of Auxesia [Location]:Harvest Moon, Omicron Delta System, Edgeworlds [Subject]: Leviathan
[Priority]:High [Encryption]:Heavy
He really isn't in his right mind, Is he?
As regrettable as the failure to communicate here is, I believe Hunt's failure to relay a clear notice to the Covenant that they were barred from Commonwealth airspace only underpins the fact that he isn't himself. Following an encounter in Omega-3 he demanded that I divulge the details of a private conversation between myself and Commodore Kaze Dagon of the Armed Forces. While I admit my refusal to comply was worded very colorfully, his wanton disregard for our relationship or my own privacy struck a nerve. I barely have that is as with the Commonwealth breathing down my neck, and who I talk to while off duty in the Omegas is, as far as I am concerned, none of his business.
His reaction was... disconcerting. So much so that I believe that he is both a danger to himself and others. The Covenant is not an insignificant entity and I cannot risk the lives of Commonwealth citizens by allowing ships under the command of a man who is unwell to enter our homeland. I've attached the appropriate logs below. If I had known he was this far gone I most certainly would've sent out a wideband to the Covenant, and I deeply apologize for any distress today's incident may have caused you.

Hmmm, this is awfully disturbing...
No Covenant vessels are to harm any Commonwealth vessels, regardless if Leviathan tries to order them or not. Our people aren't that brainless when it comes to executing orders or realising something is wrong. See it as insubordinate as you will, we just like being aware. We are allies with Bretonia, and what he was doing may have stained our relations with his reckless temper and impatience.
Though, I must note, he is not 'technically' wrong in concept of trying to inquire with you about scenario. Is it not wrong when our allies - with no /official decree/ to our council, suddenly ban us from their space without warning or communication as to what is going on? Though, I would like to take this time to politely remind you that our installation on Wichita does need supplies...
The other fault in logic: We are allies, our bond is built on trust and cooperation, we must stay within communication, we must tell each other when there is a possible rising threat and we must collaborate to ensure that the sector we live in stays strong, when distrust is shown - such as you refusing to provide context to this line:
Quote:[25.09.2018 23:52:43] Samuel.Locklear: If it's a war with Auxesia you want. Make it happen. Leave me the hell out of it.
It's a little concerning, don't you think? Did you know that the Bretonians are in a peace pact with the Gaians? And that the Gaians are smuggling through our turf right under our noses to supply the Bering incident? None of this feels right to me. Call me paranoid, but I get the feeling that some individuals with may be conspiring against our alliance in the Independent Worlds to undermine our strength. But nevermind my rhetoric. It is really for the best that we work together to stay strong. Though I am interested what "questionable political decisions" you are concerned with?
I am deeply sorry for Leviathan, he's not fit for duty anymore, and I will confront him concerning this. I appreciate your honesty in this, and I will admit I was being provocative last night in hopes of finding out if you were in that crowd of Legionnaire signatures, so I am sorry for that too - "uncle Sam" (that was the line I used jokingly. )
