Good day. We just receive the threat from a retarded woman called Alesia Williams. The name isn't new to me at all as she was the person behind the Freeport 11.5 installation "prank" multiple months ago. While under any other circumstances this person shouldn't be taken serious, she just threatened Freeport 11 with something we assume to be just another NEMP strike on the station.
While we are, based on the previous NEMP hits on Freeport 11, already used to this and are prepared for the evacuation and damage-control reactions, this is still a serious threat. With the CoF no longer being more than just a mere communication network, I would like to request assistance from the IRG, if possible, in terms of investigation and, if it really comes that far again, with the repairs of Freeport 11. Estimates indicate mostly damages to the electronics of the station. Maybe Corinth can be prepared for the production of replacement materials. Right now, I already ordered our quickshuttles to evacuate the non-critical personnel to Kappa.
It's not like we ever reached our usual population of 720 people in the last months, so it's easy. This is done quickly.

Saskia Alexander,
While unfortunate we're in this position for... what was it, the third time? Fourth? I've lost count of how many threats and incidents. Anyway, yes, Corinth can certainly be prepared for production of supplies. We'll move some of our assets in position to assist, and have Ames prepared to assist additionally should their fanaticism go further and impact other stations as well. We'll also contact the captain of the Sanctuary to start necessary ferrying of personnel should it be required.
We hope it does not come to repairing the station yet again, but everything should be in place in a matter of days.

Thank you for your assistance, Doctor. A few minutes ago, the civilian personnel was evacuated. Our Liner is now moored with Livadia, for the time being. They should be self-sustaining for a while, however should this take longer, I'll advise them to move to Canaria as the planet should still maintain the refugee colony the former administrator established with the support of the Omicron Supply Industries.
Freeport 11 is now only staffed with military personnel and all those who are too stubborn to leave the area yet - quite a lot of people, actually. While I don't know whether the improved station shields will nullify another NEMP strike, we're at least prepared to keep the station safe for a while afterwards. Food, oxygen, water, repair materials; and the internal defense systems are alerted should they try to take over here.
