DUEL screen issues

ok so i got my self setup with duel screen and i was hoping i would be able to do thins like be on the forum and play freelancer at the same time but every time i turn of freelancer my other screen just goes black
ALL SO try to trying to get media player to full screen to only one of the screen any help would be great

Everything will have to be run windowed in my experience. To run FL windowed add -windowed to the end of the target line in the shortcut property's.
