As usual I read through the recent internal announcements of the LibGov and found the approval of you base and just a few minutes ago I found out that your base is here in *removed*. After a small chat with one of your Logistics Pilots I got redirected to you, which is this message.
I offer you to come to my office at our "Edwards Research Center" in *removed* right under *removed*. We can discuss the future of our goals and maybe there can be made an arrangement between our Divisions for a cooperation.

Im quiet surprised to hear from someone from the 5th Fleet..
Im *blacked out* but you can call me Hybrid. I am the Director and founder of the Phoenix Research Division. I wonder why you wanted to know the exact location of our Research Complex.. and yes I got already informed about it all.. I do not want to make any trouble since we work for the same goal I guess.. But its still confusing for me why you tried to force my pilot to give the location to you. Anyway I think it would be a lot easyer if we have a meeting please tell me at what day and time I should arrive at the Edwards Research center..
It's one of our core roles to protect our beloved Zone-21 and know everything about it. That's why we are interested in everything regarding this small chunk of space. To achieve that goal we sometimes need to take... harder ways to find it out.
