I have been watching and wondering. Wandering, too, since I am a wandering cat. Not that I like to wander, I had rather spend my life in a very sedentary way next to a fireplace and a big bowl of fish, but it was not a choice. Writing a diary was, and in my reality I decided against it because I could not write, but in this one I did it.
What a good way to start a diary, with "I". It is an entire book dedicated to me, after all. While I have been watching, I noticed that many humans and even other animals (or were they only unusually hairy humans with plastic cat ears? I am sure one of those was an admiral in the Bretonian Armed Forces. Or was it the Gallic Royal Navy? Probably both. We are taking over the world, stupid humans!)... Where was I? Ah. "I". So typical, starting your diary with "today" or "yesterday", or even "tomorrow". Why is typical bad? Writing is about creativity, unless you are an accountant. If one creates something, one should strive that it is as different as possible from what already exists, otherwise all cats would be black. How would you cross the streets then? You would have to turn around yourself trice while mentioning Virgin Perry's name every time you go outside. I think it was Perry that was a virgin, but humans are not always interesting for me to watch, especially while practising religion. They just stand still and talk with something or someone, and they do not even know if that "thing" exists. I have wandered next to churches, but also an asylum, and I could see people doing the same thing. I somewhat agree with Muslims, though. At least they lay down while praying.
Enough for today, I say. "To begin is half the work", says a Latin proverb. I have done half the work in a single day, and I feel like taking a nap.
