I am Commissar-Major Michel De Grasse, from the SCRA's Commissariat section.

I was tasked by His Watchful Eye to check your peculiar application background, which turned out to be...interesting. Interesting enough to spark His interest - which is quite the achievement, I dare say.
Your psychic abilities might do well if employed under Him - hence my proposal.

You are to join the Ministry of Truth as a member of the Commissariat, Lieutenant - there will be no debate about this, for it is after-all the only logical solution. You will be enforcing His will on the field, and out of the field, keep the muppets' morale in check, as well as access to the Commissariat Logbook where to record your reports, not to mention the duty of overseeing the recruitment office every now and then, to 'filter' the aspirant muppets.
