My Mum likes to experiment.
She put peppermint in with the chocolate when making cupcakes.
Result? Chocolate/peppermint cupcakes. Yum.
We also like Pizza, but it can be expensive to buy and the quality varies.
Idea: Use Pita Bread as a pizza base!
Gather your favorite pizza toppings (not pineapple!).
Place Pita Bread on baking tray. Add pizza topping to your liking.
We generally use leftovers. We end up with all kinds of stuff on our pizza!
The last one had: cheese, tomato paste, chicken, corned beef (broken into small chunks), ham, sliced tomato, chopped mushrooms and a few other things I don't remember.
The Pita Bread works pretty well, the only drawback being that you will always get a thin crust pizza.
Still, it's quick to make and can even be healthy for you.
