Earlier this cycle myself and my crew had the pleasure of encountering two of your vessels; their transponders reading the CV-Sphinx and the CV-Amun'Rah. Perhaps it is cliche, but please indulge me in being able to commend their acting crew. It is rare to not be fired upon at sight with little provocation, yet the process of identification and permission approval was polite and swift. They have also helped me to realise that the demographics of the fringe worlds are more in depth than would first appear.
Firstly, please allow me to apologise on behalf of the Pyl'nist' for our presumed permissions to dock at Dabadoro. The fact that there exists multiple cells within the organisation of the Order was outside of my knowledge. If we had known, we would not have transgressed in the stations proximity. Secondly, and by far the more important I'm sure you'd agree, I'd like to ease your reservations about my and my vessels presence in the Omicrons by way of introduction.
I am Commissar Pimakhova. Myself and the Pyl'nist' have been assigned to combating the alien threat on behalf of the children of the revolution and His Watchful Eye. There are some within the Commissariat who share a concern that the threat the alien poses shall prove more deadly than that of any ideological difference with the fragmented Alliance Houses... and thus we find ourselves in the same voids as yourself. The Pyl'nist' seeks to pose no threat to any who have not sided with the alien, which leads to a pressing question. One I hope you would be willing to indulge me in an answer to. Will the Legacy of Orillion cell be willing to, at the least, tolerate our presence if not be willing to work for the mutual benefit of our shared goal?

Hallo.
It is pleasing to hear that our men and women in the field are continuing to uphold the morals and duties of the Order to the highest extent. I will inform the crews of the respective vessels of your commendation, and will see that they receive proper recognition.
We will acknowledge your operations within the Omicron systems, and in the realm of engaging and removing the Nomadic threat, our forces will be more than pleased to assist in this capacity. It is the duty of every member of the Order, not just the cell, to see that Humanity is not threatened with subjugation by these abominations again. With this in mind, Dabadoru Station will be open to you as a resupply point, and should our patrols run across any of your personnel in the field engaged with nomadic entities, they will be given the green light to assist.
