These are dark times and dark times require harsh decisions. Outcasts are about to finish Carrier Helios. We need people to command our surplus ships that we shelved as they were outdated. However, now we need every ship active and we need commanders. Thus, we are starting Helios Mobilization Initiative:

-Anyone, regardless of background, may apply to the HMI.
-After evaluation tests, given you have sufficient experience, you shall be given a surplus vessel to command and assist the defense of Helios.
-The vessels given will be fully equipped and ready to battle.
-This is a temporary initiative, thus, vessels are to be handed back to Crayter authorities after the defense ends.
-Vessels include: Thanatos-Class Heavy Cruiser, Argus-Class Escort Battlecruiser, Zephyr-Class Carrier (Mark I and Mark II)
