To: Liberty Navy, High Command
From: Captain Luciano, Cretan Voyages Liner
Location: <Transmission Data Lost> Good evening,
Who am I kidding, we're in different systems and separated by probably a dozen others in between. I have no clue if it will be evening or day time by the time this transmission is received. Anyways, I don't want to rush but I also don't want to waste your time. The attached transmissions were originally sent to the Liberty Government and LPI. Unfortunately, it will be five weeks soon with no response. It is possible that your government officials have more urgent matters to deal with and likely unfruitful to put such a relatively benign request through them for processing and review.
After looking over all the details, I realized I overlooked something very important about the articles of section three that would likely be relevant to our needs and, by extension, our client and guests' needs for an exceptional approval from the Liberty Navy. So, here we are, preferably leading this request down a good path after the previous attempt.
Below is a transcript of the request relating to the conduct of my crew and myself with respect to other vessels and pilots, details I have been able to provide, as well as copy of the itinerary for the voyage.
I am sending this communication in regards to an upcoming cruise that our vessel has been requested for as some of the destinations include places within Liberty. We are aware that, despite the ship being unarmed, certain locations will be outside patrols that are currently established by Liberty Forces and that this will not be altered to accommodate our ship or our guests.
At each arrival and departure we will be accessing system-wide communication channels to announce these transitions after it has been announced within the ship so that other vessels can steer clear of the path and avoid accidental collisions. Arrivals are being announced as we would like to welcome and employ local freighters and small transports to bring some of the local fare to the liner as a supplement to what will already be provided to our guests.
The current itinerary for the voyage is as followed:
Destination
Date of Arrival
Date of Departure
Planet Curacao
(above, with both ice clouds in view)
TBD
TBD
3 days after arrival
Planet Manhattan
(night-time side in view of the star)

Planet Tremont
(day-time side, along its ring system)
TBD
TBD
7 days after arrival
Planet Wichita, Colby

If approved, as indicated in our previous transmission to the Liberty Government / LPI, we will forward an updated itinerary with finalized arrival and departure dates as soon as that information becomes available in addition to any fees if they are required.
